Charming, rustic and close to everything. Loved the auiet mornings watching deer and birds. The water pressure was iffy in the guest room, some light switches worked intermittently. But, overall, would stay again in a heartbeat. Perfect getaway from the city. Bookmarking as a favorite!

The Honky Tonk property was a beautiful cozy property. We stayed in this location for a wedding of my best friend's daughter. My family was very comfortable as we enjoyed the weekend together. I will be back to stay soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall Really Liked the Property and Enjoyed our Stay

Really liked the location of the property. Ate at Hays City Store and loved it. Overall the property was nice, but the bed was really firm and the grass needed cutting. The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the yard was beautiful with huge live oaks. Would stay here again.

Quiet, cozy place with deer to watch each morning and evening. I enjoyed my cup of coffee while the sun rose and a buck pursued the ladies that came through each morning. The property was only 15 minutes from Chapel Dulcinea where our daughter and son in law got married. Also close to Salt Lick and Hays City Store with great food and ambiance and a little local band playing on Saturday night. Very peaceful and restful nights at the house. Grateful to have stayed here.
