The house was very nice and in a great location. The ceiling fans were really dirty. Some of the window blinds would not close. There were lack of staple supplies like toilet paper, wash cloths, etc. Regardless of these issues we did have a great stay. ,

Just ok

Size of home was nice but definitely needs landscaping improved to remove dead bushes and trimmed hedges to improve look of house. Also needs patio furniture that can be used on nice outside deck so outside could be enjoyed.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Not clean, unsanitary, no basic products. Raw sewage leaking around the electrical inlet to the house. Flies, rat turds, leaves and racoon poop in the garage. Deck has never been cleaned. Garage has never been clean. Property Manager unresponsive after I contacted him about these issues.If we could have found another place we would have left. I'll never use VRBO or Elolve again!

Great place!

The house was big, clean, in a great neighborhood, and a good fit for our crew! The only thing was the garage door didn’t come up for us to be able to park inside and the a/c filters in the house needed to be changed. The porch could have used a good wash down before we got there and some better furniture for us to be able to sit outside. The chairs were old and one was broken. Other than those minor things, everything else was great!! Would recommend bringing some bug spray, being on the lake the mosquitos were pretty bad!

Good sized home

House was a little dated, however was a good size for our group. We were disappointed that there were no wash rags and very little amount of towels and hand towels on property. There was no toilet paper on site. For the amount we were charged, (which was prorated too high for the area), this was unacceptable.

It appears that there may have been an oversight in restocking the supplies, and for that, I sincerely apologize. - It's also possible that there was additional stock stored in the closet in the garage, which may have been missed during your stay. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Couple of things that need to happen. The email with the street address said DR At the end. That is not correct, it’s CV. No trash can at the house. It’s on the DR street name. Major thing was home owner needs to clean the carpet in the master bedroom due to several pet stains. You would figured being charged that amount for a cleaning fee they would do it. Overall we enjoyed it.

The stay was great. The house was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a slight issue getting in touch with the local property manager. I called him about the entry key pad lock and he didn't answer his phone or call me back when I left a message. I had to call the toll free number, then the problem was taken care of promptly. I also called him about the Wi fi password that wasn't working. I gave up when he didn't return my call. So, we didn't have wi fi during the entire stay. Otherwise everything went well. I definitely would stay again.

Overall Good Value, Clean Place

This was a good value find considering I booked about two weeks prior for Labor Day weekend. House was very spacious and clean. We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill. We had to go to the Harps grocery store which was super close by, very convenient. The property owner promptly texted back, answering my question, which I appreciated. Deck had no furniture besides two chairs and some broken folding chairs. We had to haul up our own chairs to sit on the deck. The lake access was not suitable for swimming, full of green algae and slime. My mom said she found a spot on the sheets in the master bed and washed them before sleeping the first night. We only found four wash cloths in the bathrooms so we had to rewash them after every night.
