Awesome house by the Poconos

Really enjoyed our stay here in the Poconos. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub and fire pit were definitely highlights, and the game room was a lot of fun at night. Overall, a great spot for a getaway, we’d definitely come back.

Great place to stay in the Poconos

House was very clean. The bathroom layout was a bit odd, but it worked. Location was great. It was close to a ton of fun activities.

Stephen was excellent and responsiven

Neighbors were relaxed Russian guys, no trouble from anybody. Street is really close and wide open to the back yard but more hidden from the firepits. Hot tub and grille are awesome and rooms spacious and clean enough beds for 12 adults

Good not great

The house needs some maintenance. Furniture is in bad shape and needs replacing. Beds good and comfortable. Alot of broken items from bedroom doors to screen door. House not stocked well. No dish towels, 1 roll of paper towels, foil ran out. The company let us check in early and use wash machine. Grass long and not cut. Had 5 kids under 6. Wouldn't book again with this company.

We do have the grass cut every two weeks, as normal. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. Short Stay

Property was a little worn down. Can tell it is just a rental and not a home. There were just no personal touches in home and did not have items that I would consider part of a complete rental. There were towels but no wash clothes. There were frying pans ( not in good shape but usable) but no cookie sheets or flat pans of any kind. There were no dish clothes or dish towels either. It was a cold and rainy weekend so not able to use the hot tub. I am accustomed to having bar soap of some kind. It was also very cold and must of had heat set very low. Did end up calling the management company so they could turn up the heat. I would say that the beds were very comfortable and the space did meet our needs for the 7 people that were staying there. The person managing property was very responsive. The person hired to clean was still on property when we arrived so the kitchen floors were still wet and could definitely tell that he used bleach but home was clean. I would not say that the cost of this property was more than the value and would not stay again.
