The place was very clean and overall we enjoyed our stay. A few small improvements would make it even better. It would be helpful to have a broom available for sweeping up sand, and the beach chairs and umbrellas could use an upgrade. The kitchen also seemed a little understocked, with only enough cups and dinner plates for two people.

A great beach getaway!

lovely beach cottage close to the beach and fun restaurants. We also did several visits to Disney and was only 30 minute drive - highly recommend!

Stayed here with my family and location was perfect. Easy walk to beach, pier and restaurants. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location close to the beach. The decor is lovely and equipped to meet all our needs. We would definitely return if we come this way again.

What a great spot! You can almost hear the waves crashing from the beach. Perfect for beach-going, bike riding and dophin watching from the pier.

A Respite From the Beach Bustle

Steps from the beach and the main pier shops and restaurants, we used this unit as our home base for a relaxing weekend. Comfy beds, clean accommodations, love having the garage spot, and the Roku setup was nice too. A perfect location in Balboa peninsula which we hope to visit again.

Great for a family of four! Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Updated, clean with plenty of living space, beach chairs and towels, kitchen utensils etc. Perfect for a week at the beach with the family!

Great location! Steps to the beach!Close to restaurants, bars, the pier and grocery store. Very clean. Updated house w new flooring, fixtures, cabinets, windows, decor, etc. Appreciated all the ceiling fans and additional fans in every room as it was a warm week. Unfortunately the power went out on the whole street on our last night and didn’t come back on ‘til sometime after we left in the am. While I know it was not their fault it would have been nice to have some flashlights around as it was very dark and we didn’t have much power on our phones to keep using our phone flashlights. That would be my only recommendation and probably would have never thought about it if the power wouldn’t have gone out. We had a few other requests but they were quick to meet our needs. Would definitely rent this house again.

Trip to California for a wedding

I’ve visited Newport Beach for a family friend’s wedding. Location is so close to the beach and shopping. Place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Garage is tight but with a small suv or car you will be just fine.

Great, and I mean great great location Place was well appointed, everything worked. It was a hot hot week unual at best but we made thru it with fans. The Realty company were quite helpful in all areas!
