Red Bird Cottage- Convenient 2/1 with Outdoor Space

Thank you for the feedback, and we’re glad to hear the stay was otherwise deserving of a 5-star experience. We sincerely apologize for the AC overflow drain dripping at the front door, it’s certainly not something we want our guests dealing with every time they enter or leave. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will make sure it’s addressed promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide the full 5-star experience next time!

Hi Susan! Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback, especially regarding the decorations inside the house! We are so pleased you enjoyed them as much as we do. Red Bird Cottage is a popular stay for families with children. Studies have shown that plants lift moods, and plastic plants are a pretty safe bet around children. Thank you for gifting the property with coffee filters just as someone else gifted the property with a hair dryer! We would like to remind guests that there is not a pool on property. There is a pool on the other side of the fence that belongs to the neighbor. For legal reasons we include "Swim at your own risk" on the welcome page in the event a guest makes a series of questionable choices that could result in injury and most certainly an eviction. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Red Bird Cottage. You were a delight to have and we look forward to hosting you again soon! Hill Country Premier Lodging

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you stay with us again soon! Thank you, HCPL

Hi Cindy, We are so sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. We work diligently to give our guests a great hill country experience, so we do not take this feedback lightly. Typically we only provide starter amounts of essentials and advise guests who request more to stop by a local supermarket for essentials they may need more of through out their stay. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you upon booking. We ask that guests clean up after themselves when departing to ensure our housekeeping crew is able to get their essential cleaning done while still remaining in an appropriate time frame. We thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us and appreciate your interest in our property. Best wishes, Hill Country Premeir Lodging
