- The Sunglow Resort Association will allow parking of one vehicle per unit. If they can accommodate a second vehicle, then the front desk will make that determination based upon building occupancy. No trailer parking

These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations. In addition to the Xplorie activities, you will also receive a Crabby Joe's Gift Card:

***Concrete Restoration:

Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.

All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

The kitchen has full size appliances (refrigerator w/ ice-maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig K-Duo: Single Serve K-cup Pod & 10-cup Carafe coffeemaker, toaster, plates) and everything you need to entertain and provide home cooked meals. Plenty of seating and eating space is provided around the kitchen bar and dining room table. Open living space features a Sleeper Sofa, which converts to a Queen size bed, recliner chair and 42" flat screen TV. Step outside where you can enjoy the fresh sea air from your private furnished balcony. Linens and towels included.
