Leave your troubles behind at this updated 2 bed 2 bath ocean view condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea, a quaint and relaxing beach town just north of Daytona. Sip a cocktail poolside or play in the sand, enjoy a jog or ride a bike on the beautiful beaches. Steps to shopping and local food faves, this fully stocked unit will make you never want to leave the Florida sunshine. Watch dolphins play from the 5th floor balcony and soak up the sun. Easy drive to Disney and St. Augustine. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.
Please park in designated spot PH5. When you arrive at the Indies House Condos, the unit is in the North Tower on the top floor.

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sea breezes and watching the waves. The condo was perfect for our group. The pool area was great for the grandkids and we were just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach views and lots to do!

The condo was very clean with lots of amenities! Wonderful to be able to walk right out to the beach! The pool and pool area had lots of chairs and tables. We just wish the pool was heated.

Lovely spot on quieter beach

Enjoyed our time here. Great pool, nice quiet non-driving beach. We saw the mullet run and a shark enjoying the feast. Comfortable condo. Rental management was very communicative, onsite maintenance was very helpful. Note: washer/dryer is Not IN the unit, there is a pay laundry room onsite. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view from a beautiful condo

We stayed at this beautiful condo with 2 of our chikdren over spring break. Everything was very easy to fund, check in and get situated. The view from the condo balcony was stunning. Pool area was very well kept and nice to have and beach access was so close and convenient. There were chairs and beach toys and boogie boards, ect. right there in the ynit for guest use and that was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing!

This property is a really, really nice condo at a quiet complex in a great area! Right on the beach, this penthouse level condo is very nicely decorated and equipped. A great ocean view off of the balcony. We felt like we were home when we got there! Highly recommended.

5th floor condo on the beach

We had a great stay for just over 5 weeks. The unit met all our expectations. We had a faulty toaster when we arrived which Krista replaced with a new unit. Folks were friendly in the building. Communication was timely as there were a couple of days where maintenance was required on the pool and plumbing system. We were given timely notifications of these events. All in all a great place to stay.

Great Condo!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Ormond. Our hotel in Daytona was cancelled last minute because of hurricane Nicole. The property manager allowed us to book on short notice. The condo is spacious, updated and well accommodated. We had a great few days enjoying the beach and pool. We would definitely stay again.

Take me back!

Condo is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view! Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival and I was so impressed to receive a call the day before our trip to make sure we received our check in email and to ask if we had any questions. Grocery store right across the street was super convenient. My family and I love Ormond and will definitely be staying here again.

Girls trip

The property was great and very well maintained. The Condo was very kept and clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was locked and we're not able to drop the air below 75. We where so hot at night and sweaty. Called the property manager and they said they would send someone up in a few minutes. They never showed. :(
