This spectacular, one-of-a-kind, Penthouse condo featured in Mountain Living Magazine, is located in the highly sought after Hayden Lodge. The unit was completely remodeled with designer finishes in December, 2021. The Hayden Lodge is just 28 steps from the Village Express High Speed 6 person Chairlift, and a short stroll to the Gondola. Need to drop off the kiddos at the Treehouse/Snowmass Ski School or summer camp? No problem...it's right downstairs! Say goodbye and watch them ski off, while you sip coffee on the balcony and marvel at the unobstructed mountain views! The condo features a beautiful, custom floor to ceiling linear gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV in the main living area, unique in-wall 8 boot ski dryer, individual cubbies for each guest, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and multiple USB/USC charging outlets throughout. The Primary Suite features a king bed, walk-in closet with built-ins, and an extra monitor, keyboard, and desk if you have to keep up with work during vacation. The private primary suite bath includes a jetted tub to relax after a day on the mountain. The guest Primary Suite features a king bed and private full bath. The third bedroom includes a full-over-full bunkbed, private electronic charging stations, and fun bean bag chairs to kick back and unwind. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, 50' smart TV, and unparalleled views of the ski area and action on the walking mall. Walk out the front door and stroll down the plaza to restaurants, bars, and shops. Includes use of a private ski locker, underground parking for one car, private elevator in the building and hot tub.

GREAT LOCATION AND NICE FURNISHINGS. VERY COMFORTABLE.

OTHER THAN THE NOISE FROM THE MUSIC ON THE PLAZA FROM THE CHAIR LIFT OPERATORS, IT WAS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY. THE SKI SCHOOL WAS RIGHT OUT THE DOOR AND THE LIFT AND GONDOLA TO THE VILLAGE UP FANNY HILL WERE ACROSS THE PLAZA. WE GIVE IT HIGHT MARKS. NICE RELATOR AND PROPERTY MANAGER AND ALSO GREAT MAID SERVICE.

Alot to love, some improvements needed

First the good - the location of this unit could not be better. Walk out your door and be at ski school dropoff and the lifts in 3 minutes. The unit is renovated as reflected in the pictures and the boot dryer is a cool touch.At this price point however I would expect 1) that the appliances would all be in good working order - the ice machine and water dispenser in the fridge was completely nonfunctional and the dishwasher was 50/50. 2) the shower heads in the unit have the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. After a long day on the mountain, a hot shower with solid pressure is a real treat and the pressure here is dismal. 3) cleanliness - the unit smelled upon entry and remained that way most of our stay. We had to leave all the windows open to keep it at bay. The linens and blankets felt dingy and dirty - really not acceptable at nearly 5k/night. Each unit should be quality checked for function and cleanliness prior to arrival. I didnt report any of this during my stay because I didn’t want to spend my vacation time waiting on maintenance folks. With proper maintenance and property management this would easily be a 10 out of 10.

Snowmass Bliss

The condo was as nice as advertised and well worth the price. Extremely clean and well appointed, the location could not be better for exploring Snowmass. Literally feet from the Village Express lift, it is truly ski in/ski out. We took the whole family and it was just as easy to get the kids in ski school (right out the front door) and to daycare at the treehouse (first floor of the building). The ski lockers were easy to use and the hot tub was adequate. Would definitely highly recommend this condo.

Great spot for a family ski trip

Ski school pick up and drop off downstairs was very convenient for our niece. We loved the amenities, in particular the details like linens and bathrooms were top notch. Definitely felt like we got our money’s worth.
