Wake up to sweeping views of Aransas Bay from this bright and airy one-bedroom condo. As a top-floor unit with convenient elevator access, you're guaranteed a peaceful retreat with stunning waterfront scenery.

Your private balcony, furnished with a dining table and four chairs, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. An electric grill is provided for your use on the balcony.

The interior is designed for comfort and relaxation:
• Living Room: Features a comfortable queen-size pull-out couch with a foam mattress.
• Bedroom: Offers a cozy king-size bed and a flat-screen TV for unwinding.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The hot tub was perfect with great views. The room was exactly as described and the balcony was perfect for sitting out drinking coffee and watching the water. Was within walking distance of little shops and food. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful view of Aransas Bay. I would recommend a new bed for the master bedroom. The current bed is very soft and left me with a sore back for three nights. It’s just a cheap mattress or an old mattress, not sure which. Other than that issue, I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a nice little get away. The condo was nice. It was clean well decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was nice and everything was easy.

We enjoyed our stay at Hootie and the Redfish very much. The condo was clean, very well stocked with just about anything you would need and the view was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to ditch the HUGE coffee table - between the stools at the bar and the large recliner, it was difficult to maneuver around them to get to the sofa. We felt like the furniture was too big for the room.

Instructions were clear and shared well in advance. The condo was very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The facility was clean and secure and our balcony had a wonderful view of the pier. It was also very quiet.

Did not use the hot tube. Yes , pet friendly. Cold water valve was not turned on under bathroom sink when we arrived. It was soon fixed. Otherwise, a great stay. Very comfortable, great view of the bay. Yes, very clean room. Thank you.

The location was beautiful, safe and peaceful. The building and room was as described in the advertisements. I had some questions which I sent by text and were answered in a timely and polite manner. The condo was as advertised, it was clean, homey and easy to be in. The offerings of Rockport, Texas such as shops and restaurants were easy to access from the condo. The bay was easy to access as well.

I was able to snag this condo at a very affordable price compared to options in Port Aransas, which was a great start to our trip. When we first arrived, I was a bit hesitant because the exterior of the property looked older and in need of a facelift. I initially worried that the room might reflect the same condition.However, as soon as we walked inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was very well maintained, and everything looked clean and updated. The furniture and appliances appeared almost brand new, and the pantry and drawers were thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. I especially loved the electric griddle that was provided—I used it to make hamburgers out on the patio while enjoying the beautiful bay views.I truly can’t say enough about the customer service. The staff was incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and when we encountered a minor issue upon arrival, it was resolved immediately and professionally.The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the grounds were well kept, with freshly manicured lawns throughout the property. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The view from the pier was absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful small town on the coast

Perfect spot for vacation! If you love smaller towns, you'll love this area! Great art district, close to back with shadow water, and wishing shops. Awesome host! If you plan to do your own cooking, bring spices.
