I liked our stay here. The only fault was that the coffee machine does not work, the fridge and bar fridge is not cold enough and the was a funky smell upon entering the property. Other than that it is a well presented place and could easily accommodate 2 small families.

We experienced significant problems with the cleanliness of the property on arrival, with dust on side units and in cabinets, long and short (pet) black hairs on floors, long black hairs on beds and also in showers and baths.Clumps of hair had been pushed under chairs, and dishes had food stuck to them.Complaints were made to the property manager, and the cleaner was sent round again. This clean did not rectify the issues and we ended up having to clean for ourselves late on a Friday night.The property was poorly maintained, with broken Venetian blinds in one of the bedrooms, a bin in the kitchen without a lid which attracted insects to the waste and various handles missing off drawers / cupboards.Power points are at a premium with strangely lights being positioned in areas without power points next to them making them unusable.The accommodation was adequate, if a little cramped in the main lounge / kitchen area, as this area was full of furniture. The outdoor area is large with plenty of areas to sit and relax. The location is good with the beach only around 7/8 minutes away.The major issue we had with the stay was the attitude of the property manager, who would not take responsibility for the poor level of cleanliness or provide a refund of the cleaning fee when requested. The method of communication via a portal was impersonal with no names provided. It appeared that the service was outsourced as replies were often provided in the middle of the night.

Great location and great setting

A clean, comfortable, and well-appointed house on a large bushy block with a great outdoor entertaining area. An ideal location - we loved that we could walk to the beach and grab our morning coffee at Blairgowrie shops.

Family getaway

We had a beautiful stay with our family. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the large sunny deck and even had a chance to use the fire pit. We would definitely book another stay.

Amazing location close to beautiful bay. Effortlessly emjoyable for a day at the beach. Nice quite area, the house was very clean and has an amazing huge out door decking area, grwt for drinks and a bbq. I had an amazing get away for my birthday with some mates. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to just get away from everything else, with either family or friends

Definitely comeback again!

Lovely and spacious especially for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Great location, really enjoyed staying at Uringa. The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked. Lots of books, puzzles and games available too. kids loved the fire pit outside and huge backyard for dogs to run around. Definitely recommend!

Great escape from the city

Had the best time at Bella Rye with my partner and doggo. We went beach every day which was only a 5mim walk. Spent hours playing pool, and spending time outdoors. The house has everything you need and a very comfy bed. Would come stay here again.

Amazing house, backyard and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. The backyard is huge and our dog loved running around. Rooms are of a good size and all facilities are as stated. Only slight challenge was no wifi, it would have made it easier however it made it more relaxing that is for sure.
