We had plenty of room for 4 adults, a baby and 2 teens. The kitchen had everything we needed, close to some good restaurants. We would stay here again.

The host is great! Sharon was very responsive and helpful. The location was clean enough for our stay. The location is fantastic and close to a lot of things. Not to mention, in margaritaville with pools practically on site. The place felt secluded and very very safe. Great stay!

The home is exactly as pictured. Bed were comfy. Close to everything we planned on doing and the golf cart is extremely nice having rather than driving your car. We will be coming back!!

Our family had a great time! The house was just as we expected, it was our second time staying there. We love the location, a small street off the main road. It is very close to one of the pools, and with the golf cart the other pool was just a short drive. The golf cart is amazing and it really makes the difference when staying there. It's so much easier to get to the pools and over to the main resort. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

The space was great, clean, and quiet. We had some friends back out at the last minute so we brought our kids for one day and they loved it. Highly recommend.

The rooms were poorly cleaned, with bugs on the floor and spider webs present. When I pulled back the covers on my bed, I found a dirty Kleenex under the pillow. There was also a strong unpleasant smell upon arrival. Additionally, the shower drain at the bottom of the stairs had a terrible odor, which became especially noticeable when my friend used it.

Beautiful property with tons of room and great location!

This is our second stay this year at Lake of the Ozarks and Tan Tar A Estates. We love this neighborhood and we’re looking for a roomier space for more people this time! Our stay was wonderful! The house is large, beds are very comfortable and the washer and dryer are a plus! The only downside was the coffee pot, which does not work well - resulting in an overflow. Probably need to replace it! Overall - 5 star location and property! Thank you for a great stay!!

Disappointed

Our group was disappointed with our stay here. The water from the showers smelled terrible. We tried to turn on the heaters and needed to turn them off instantly as the smell was horrible. The place also needed a deep cleaning.

From the owner:"As the owner of the house, we were saddened and frankly shocked to see your review. We visited the home this past week and neither we nor the guests that followed had any problems, they gave us a 5-star rating. The carpets, rugs, and furniture were all professionally cleaned just a day or two before your arrival, and there were no issues with the water. I did check with the community water system manager to see if they had anything recorded and they told me everything was as usual. Our property manager inspected the house with the cleaner the morning of your arrival and she thought it looked quite clean."

The house was even better than the pictures! It was so big and spacious! It was more than enough for us and our 3 kids! We had a blast! Margaritaville was just around the corner. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Overall the property was very nice and comfortable. We were very comfortable. Our only frustration was the cable service. Our TV options were very limited and we were unable to connect to our home cable to watch desired channels. Very nice home! Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay at your wonderful lake house! I was afraid we would miss not being directly on the lake, but the water/tree view was so relaxing! And the golf cart was a wonderful bonus to get us around the resort! Thank you!! We will definitely return!
