No parties or events at any time. If you`re coming to Melbourne to party, you`ve picked a great city to do so - just not at our place. Though we`re sure it won`t come to it, complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law, not so much one of our rules.
Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000. If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys. Upto $500
No noise, loud music, screaming, loud talking outside or inside anytime.
Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and the immediate cancellation of your booking.
Please note that we have strict rules as this is a residential building and our personal property. While some of them may seem obvious to you, they are not so obvious to others and we therefore must have a strict policy regarding them. Common decency and respect for others` property is essentially all we`re asking.

Property manager got back to us very quickly when we couldn't figure out the dishwasher, where to find the microwave; little things like that went a long way!The cleaners forgot to place the key for checkin, and Levi came and helped us. He was really helpful. Highly recommend.

We we're really pleased with the property. The hosts were in regular contact during the process, and everything was very smooth from start to finish. We could walk to Albert Park quiet easily (15mins) and plenty of places to eat nearby. 5/5 with 2 thumbs up!

Rooms were clean but tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom were grotty. Grouting appears not to have ever been scrubbed - they looked horrid. Carpets need cleaning. Mattresses were great but pillows desperately needed replacing. Would have liked another blanket in main bedroom as there was no doona - weather was very very cold and we slept in jumpers. Location was great - Aldi next door. Generally property is good but does need a good clean up. Decor was appealing and this made the entry quite pleasurable.

Poor communication
The apartment and location was good and would stay again,but the check in was awful we were sent messages which we were unable to copy and paste to acsess the key ,without the help of a lady who lived there ,i would suggest you review your check in procedure ,as we travelled from uk to melbourne we had no phone acsess or wifi till the next day.There was not enough bowls for breakfast ,and the controls on the oven were worn off and unable to use properly,when we contact emergency no i was asked to calm down ,which i felt was very patronising following a 24hr flight and unable to acsess the apartment which had been paid in full last September,regards julie king and friends

Clean and Tidy Cosy Spacious Apartment
Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, things aren’t brand new but still highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in this area!
Pet friendly which was great as I didn’t have to look for a sitter for my elderly dog!
