Great house for two families to share comfortably. We love this house. It was immaculately clean when we checked in. We didn’t end up bringing our dogs, but we liked that there was an option for us to. Fire pit was awesome outside, houses on a quieter street off the main drag, which is nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Brewster

Everything was perfect! The home was clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the extra space above the garage and we all loved the back yard. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice house. Short drive to Brewster restaurants, shops, museums and galleries. Apartment is a bonus and is connected to the upstairs hallway so it still feels like it is part of the house.

The host company was outstanding. Responded immediately to everything. The upstairs was like a second house so that was nice. The third full bath is in basement which was not ideal. Laundry was also in the basement. They got water in basement during heavy rain and it clearly happens a lot. Basement was very musty. Not a big deal overall given how large the upstairs was. Good location. 10 minutes to numerous beaches.

Great Stay in Brewster

Rented this Property for a Golf weekend with some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless and it has a great outdoor space. I would definitely rent this place again. Delmar was very easy to work with and the check out was very easy.

Happy overall

It was a nice property in a nice location. A few things could be improved to make the experience better though. 1 the floor was swept but still very dirty, they should be moped every week. When we would wipe some up off the floor it was black, and out feet were black as well. 2 some utensil for the famous lobster dinner should be provided, there were no lobster crackers or little forks which made our lobster dinner very difficult. Other than those improvements everything was satisfactory.

Great property, excellent private backyard with wildlife (bunnies, turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks, and possibly a coyote). We rented the home for two weeks. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a 0.6 walking loop should one choose. We had minor maintenance issues which were communicated with and resolved by the host.We liked the property especially due to its proximity to Dennis, where we used to live and returned to Dennis for almost everything. Brewster is definitely a step up but we already knew that. If visiting during peak season be prepared for traffic on the mid cape highway, find alternate routes. The Harwich Stop & Shop isn’t as busy as the Dennis location. However, you can’t buy cases of single water bottles in Harwich.With it being pet friendly we had hoped for a completely fenced in backyard, but it wasn’t. We made due by purchasing a tie out otherwise our dog would have run off with the wildlife. Kid friendly, yes but we moved items we felt could be a concern and put them back upon check out. Bring or purchase your own coolers, beach gear as there aren’t any at the property to borrow like previous properties we have rented. We did appreciate bath towels and full linens being provided and having laundry facilities on property. Having the extra apartment was nice for us to separate from the others to relax at the end of the day.In the end pricey but for our purposes and our family (8) rotating in and out it was worth it. Thank you Del-Mar and owner!
