We loved how quiet it was and with the many window AC units, the temperature and humidity was comfortable the whole week! The kitchen was large and easy to work in, and was well stocked with appliances (blender, toaster oven, microwave, even a stand mixer). Our family had a great time.

I cannot say enough, good things about our stay in this home. It was clean had all that we needed and more. We loved the layout and the extra sunny room off the living room that we affectionately called the “reading room.” we spend time in Brewster every year and love this area. It is great for ponds and to get a taste of the true cape away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. Our host even sent us a detailed email with a ton of recommendations for the area which we greatly appreciate appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is fenced and has a pet door, which was great for our two dogs. The house was generally well stocked with basics (coffee filters, olive oil, spices, paper products, etc.) There are good window a/c units in every room. Lots of sleeping space - king bed plus daybed/ trundle bed for kids in one room, two queen/full, three full baths (just one tub), and a fourth room with large sectional on which two people could sleep. Good washer/ dryer, appliances, etc. Down sides: we found the property generally not squeaky clean, a few corners had ick factors. Furniture seemed a little thrown together. Things seemed a little rumpled. Only 8 forks, not quite enough towel sets for 6 people, no serving utensils, no ironing board. All in all I a decent value compared to some other properties. Summary: Great beach vibe place for people with pets and kids not too worried about rolling with the vibe. Not so much for adults attending a formal affair or wanting to host an upscale gathering.

The house is nice, comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Sarah is great and was quick to communicate. We love Brewster and the central location is ideal for us. The fenced in yard is great for the dogs as well. We have stayed at this property multiple years.

Lovely home

Very comfortable home with a great fenced in back yard, which was great for the dogs! Easy access to bike trail and short walk/drive to local ponds, which was wonderful! If you are in to cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones provided weren't very sharp! Other than that, great house in great location.

A wonderful house!

We spent a week in this house with our daughter, her husband, and their two young adult daughters. Not being used to stairs we put all the younger adults upstairs and we stayed in the first floor bedroom. There are three bathrooms, which is great. The house is decorated beautifully and we felt right at home in it. The location was ideal as we were able to get to the Berkeley Flats and the ponds easily! I just can't say enough good things about this property!!

Great mid-cape location

Family with 5 adults and one dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and baths. Master bath is particularly nice. Definitely bring your bikes. Easy rides to nearby kettle ponds and Brewster beaches. WiFi accommodated remote workers. Kitchen well supplied, but bring your favorite kitchen knives. Lots of comfy towels, beach chairs. Pillows, etc. Hope to be back.

Beautiful & convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay in the Brewster house! So much space for everyone to spread out, and the house was so thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. There weren’t many spices on hand but there were enough dishes and toiletries and linens for our group of six to be very happy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower after the beach days and the shade provided by the trees. The yard was very private and provided a great place to read or eat. The upstairs shower was especially enjoyable! My tall husband loved that shower head! Hopefully we will be back next summer as this place was very close to our favorite beaches.

Best house our family has ever rented

Tons of amenities in this house. The location is absolutely wonderful to all the ponds. The bike bath is a minute from the house. The house was clean and all the beds and pillows were top quality. The bathrooms were beautiful especially the master bath upstairs. Gorgeous!!!! Sarah was responsive and just so lovely. She went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Great house. Great homeowner. You will not be disappointed!!!

Fourth of July stay

Overall we were happy with the house, it was in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet. There was plenty of room for all of us. There were a few things that could have improved the stay. First, it would have been nice if there was a screen door leading from the kitchen to the deck to help cool the house. There was a charcoal grill that we used which was fine but we had to buy charcoal ourselves and there was a gas grill in the basement that we would have preferred to use but couldn't. Also, the skylight above the bed where my wife and I slept didn't have a screen so the sun came in early making it hard to sleep. Those are small things but could be easily fixed by the owner. Also, the washing machine had to be replaced (which I know can't be planned) so we were without it for the first few days, which was OK. But no one showed up to meet the delivery people when it was delivered, so I had to be there to let them in and show them where the old machine was. The delivery window was four hours and they came toward the end of that so I couldn't really leave during that time.
