Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 109 is a spectacular GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental was completely updated/upgraded in 2017 and has a delightful dÃ©cor with a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 109 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Cable calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a large walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 109 has a Washer & Dryer, Central heat & air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 109 It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was pretty good,there were a couple of things they could fix. The air vents were very dirty, the floor wasn't washed or sweeped.The washer was covered in mold. The cleanliness is the only problem with this resort. Otherwise it's a lovely place to stay, very close to the beach with an awesome view.

Long time renters!!

Reviewer Comments: We have been enjoying our annual visits to the Sand Dollar for quite a few years now - our grandchildren were babies and now young adults! We LOVE the pier and enjoy sitting under it and by it. We have had the same unit now for a few years - we love the decor, the great kitchen island, and also like being on the first floor so we can run up and down to the beach. Liked the new lock system on the room and gate to the beach. BTW love the new color of the building - new sand dollar sign - building looks well maintained.

Beautiful Christmas at the beach

Overall the condo and stay was wonderful! The only complaints I have is the master bedroom kind bed has horrible sheets and they fall off constantly. We were also not told the bracelets you get at check in need to be returned or you have to pay $20 per bracelet. Naturally my two youngest children lost theirs and I was not too happy to find that out. I was wondering why most guests didn’t have them on and now I know why. However the location was amazing. The condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Unit but not well appointed.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the service at this building was excellent. There is concierge service all day seven days a week. The unit that we were in 109 @ sand dollar, was quite beautiful and comfortable. My issues with the unit are: the unit has very few items for use in its kitchen, what there are, are old. There were very few kitchen utensils, only two hand towels and necessary dishes on a very high shelf, where you need a step stool . There was no starter, dishwasher, tablets, laundry soap, or garbage bags. The master bath room was also the guest bathroom. We also didn’t care for the level of noise that the first floor brought as it was right above the swimming pool. You could hear everyone’s conversation. this was just not the right unit for us.

2023 Vacation

Had beach chairs, ( small) but great for sitting in the sand by the gulf! This is our second year at Sand dollar! We will be back! Only thing the guests above us were pretty loud this year ! But that’s to be expected when you have people above you !

Stunning Inside and Out

The inside of this unit was well thought out. The decor and furniture are beautiful and so tasteful, the beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, beach towels and accessories are provided. You will not need for anything in this unit. The outside of the unit is stunning- enjoy sunsets from the patio. The view of the beach and Gulf are gorgeous. This is our second time at this property, we will be back for this particular unit, it was so homey, I wanted to move right in!

Reviewer Comments: We book every year it’s the perfect location the resort property is located right on the gulf with its own fishing pier Rm 109 was completely renovated beautiful room very clean. Only complaint this year was the pool area had to many people that didn’t belong the rental office didn’t seem to care just maybe next year they will have it monitored better they are working on updating access points all and all it’s a perfect location

Loved the accommodations/Pool area small for amount of guests

The staff was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Loved the spacious living area and kitchen, which was well equipped for preparing meals. Great view of the gulf.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Property outside was kept up very well. Inside of our unit was spotless and well stocked. Staff was great. Helpful and informative. We will return to Sand Doller 109 if available. Best location in the complex. Always an open parking spot. We will be back

While our view was phenomenal, since we were closer to the pool than we have been in the past, we noticed that it could be a little noisier on the balcony. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in Sand Dollar 109. The property was beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the beach and pool. It felt like a bargain for the price.The management company on site were friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Our one and only complaint, and it's a big one, is that this company does not provide beach towels. We had to go and purchase 5 towels for our party, then try to fit them into our luggage--quite a challenge. We went back through the emails and paperwork we received and could not find anything that informed us that beach towels were not provided. I have never stayed in a beach rental that didn't provide beach towels. It was a pretty big obstacle to overcome and jaded our opinion of the property straight out of the gate. But as I said, we ended up having a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this room before but this last time I felt completely ripped off..mold in the showers,everything turning green in the bathroom broken dishwasher,messed up couch, nothing you needed in the kitchen itself..pots,pans,etc...the sheets on the bed were stained...room wasn't cleaned at all...sand on the sheets...patio furniture is uncomfortable and rickety...guest shower head didn't work...washer and dryer kept dying off ans honestly the room itself needs someone to care for it...I was extremely disappointed with this room...especially considering that I stayed in it just last year...definitely NOT worth the amount they charge for it!
