If your ideal getaway includes bayfront living with stunning views, a spacious deck to relax on, an outdoor pool, and a beautifully furnished condo just steps from the beach, boardwalk, boat and jet ski rentals, Fish Tales, and other popular restaurants—this is the place for you! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 2nd floor delivers it all. The open living and dining areas flow seamlessly to an expansive corner deck where you can nearly touch the water, creating the perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying Ocean City's most breathtaking sunsets. Boat slips accommodating vessels up to 24 feet are available for weekly rental through the building’s management company for $300 (arranged in advance, subject to availability). The condo also features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three TVs with Roku access, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle, with one additional guest spot per unit. This is a non-smoking, no-pets property. Please bring your own sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies, or opt for a linen package available for an additional fee.

Bayside Rental

Love the condo. Plenty of room. Most importntly I loved the bayside view. Nothing like being on your balcony and watching the sunset!

Great Location

We have stayed at this property before, but this was the first time with an amazing, unobstructed view of the Bay. It was great seeing the sunset every night. The Property does not give much information about available accommodations (such as coffee pot situation). Everything is well stocked with ample pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware, etc. The pool gate sticks horribly, but that's not a problem of this individual, it affects the entire community. What would make the experience better? Moving away from Covid excuses and expenses, such as charging extra for a linen package would be great. There's no reason vacation rentals can't move back to how things were with sheets and towels being included. Also, not having to report to a rental office is a nice convenience. I've had that with many other property rentals where they utilize a real estate lockbox or other keyless entry. All in all, a great rental and good experience!
