Magnifique condo Bayside 2 BR avec piscine, villas Gull Way, à quelques pas de la plage

Bienvenue dans votre prochain lieu de vacances d'été. Notre condo au rez-de-chaussée d'Ocean City offre de nombreuses commodités et un emplacement idéal à proximité de la célèbre promenade d'Ocean City, mais sans le bruit et la circulation. Le condo est dans une belle oasis communautaire de copropriété de 96 unités primée. L'unité est idéalement située à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire et de la cour paisible.

Le condo de deux chambres et une salle de bain peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à sept personnes. Il y a un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux et un lit gigogne gigogne dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans l'espace de vie pour plus d'options.

L'unité propose également une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision à écran plat intelligente, une laveuse / sécheuse et la plupart des accessoires de cuisine pour un festin d'été. Ou, si vous cherchez une soirée, nous ne sommes qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de la route côtière où vous trouverez de la nourriture, des jeux et une vie nocturne pour tous les goûts.

Ocean City Weekend

Nice condo about a 5 minute walk to beach boardwalk. Close to restaurants and other activities. Clean Condo good for small family. Would stay here again. Host is very responsive

We had a great stay, the location was 10min from the beach, apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary basics. Washer and dryer are super helpful.There are Beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the storage.The only one item that was a bit not super great was the noise of the hvac unit turning on, but once asleep it’s fine.

The place itself was absolutely amazing! The owner was prompt with greeting for check-in and checkout through messaging. The pool manager was the coolest ever! All the neighbors were above expectations! The cleaning help could have done better but not worthy of complaint! Lovely lovely place! I’ll definitely stay again

I booked this Condo for my son and I. The Condominium was clean, and convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner was easy to get in contact with, and booking was easy. Quite and peaceful at night after long days out.

Great accommodations!

This was our first stay at this property and it was such a pleasure to stay in this unit! The pictures are very accurate to what you see when you get there! The price for this rental is very reasonable. And the owners are great to work with. We highly recommend this unit!

My family vacation went great awesome location quite neighborhood but still in the heart of everything. Michael was very quick with responding made everything easier. The condo was very clean and perfect size for us. Would definitely stay again

Great location and value!

Four of us stayed here over Ocean's Calling weekend 2024 and had a great experience. Everything was as advertised, so we made sure to bring linens. Parking was easy and convenient. VRBO itself was clean and laid out well. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was a big plus since our clothes were soaked from the rain Friday. Michael was clear and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Vacation with granddaughters

The property owner was so helpful. The condo was cute and cozy. The pool was nice and relaxing however I was hoping it would stay open later. Overall we had a very nice time. Thanks Michael!

Thanks Diane, so glad you enjoyed the accommodations. Having the pool stay open later is an ongoing challenge for the community in terms of finding help. Later in the summer a few owners serve as volunteer lifeguards to keep it open later. Hopefully you can return again when those later hours are in effect.

Fun Weekend

This was a last minute getaway. The home was very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, mini golf and beach easily. Unit had a community pool, washer and dryer large enough for a group of four, and parking was very accessible. Would definitely recommend this unit. Did not need to contact owner but he contacted us to make sure everything was okay.

Very responsive owner, great place!

Overall size was decent for a family of three. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of room for us! We loved having a larger size bathroom and a washer/dryer to use as well! The community pool right outside the patio door was kept clean too! We had an issue overnight when the A/C stopped working but we called the owner in the morning and he took care of it right away! He responsiveness was greatly appreciated for a hot July day! We will certainly be renting again when we decide to return to OC!

Another great vacation at a wonderful location

Our stay at Gullway Villa's was fantastic. location was perfect distance to everything, by car, by bike and walk. The Condo was extremely clean, very accommodating to our vacation needs. Dining area was perfect size to sit around and play cards. The bedrooms were set up to feel like your home. Very comfortable mattress on all. The queen size pullout couch was perfect for teens. What more can you ask for. (No pullout Couch is ever comfortable for adults). Bathroom was very clean,hot water was just enough for all of us to take hot showers. The ability to use the washer and dryer is a bonus (and great one at that). Access into the condo was simple and easy. The bike rack is something to be desired especially when you have several bikes to lock up. Lack of bike space seemed to be a common issue all over not just at Gullway Villa's. Overall our stay was wonderful and will definitely look to book another stay.

Ideal if you love the pool

Great place to stay for a family plus grandparents. We loved having the pool right outside. It was so easy for the kids to run back in to the unit if they forgot something or needed to go to the bathroom. The walk to get to the beach was easy. It was 10-15 min at a leisurely pace. The owner of this unit was helpful and quick to respond to questions that we had before the trip. They also had a lot of supplies on hand in the unit which was awesome. My only negatives (very minor) were with the bathroom and the kitchen. Sharing just one bathroom can at times be challenging with 6 or 7 people. We knew this going in but it was still tough when the hot water ran out quickly or if someone needed the bathroom while a dif person was showering. The kitchen was extremely tiny -- really only enough room for 1 person at a time. So meal times were sometimes tricky. We had to wait turns to go in and get the food we wanted. Overall, we really liked the unit and had a great vacation!

Great Time and Great Location

My husband and I came with our two kiddos along with my mother and father. We had an amazing time here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The smart TV in the living room was nice at night to relax. We were thankful to be able to do laundry while we stayed. The washer and dryer worked great. We loved going to the pool. It was very quiet and secluded. It was a 10 minute walk with kids to Jolly Rogers and our favorite, Fractured Prune. We loved staying here and are excited to come back as a family!

Perfect getaway

My family (2 adults, 11 yo and 6 yo) stayed here for 4 nights in early fall. It was the perfect size for us. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. We could’ve walked, but chose to drive. Communication was excellent with the owner. Would stay again.

Great location

This property is in a great location and close to everything. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and getting in the OCMD vibe. Great restaurants and local eateries close by. We had a small issue but the owner was super quick to respond. Would recommend to families and couples.
