Mike's place was perfect for my family along with our dogs. Mike was super friendly with everything and very helpful. His place is so beautiful and perfect. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We definitely will be back and staying here again.

Our visit was great! Property is very clean and comfortable, location is awesome, and the pool was so relaxing. Had one small hiccup with the linens being delivered a bit late, but Mike was already fixing it before I realized there was even a problem! Communication was excellent. Boardwalk, beach, restaurants - only a short walk to everything. Really nice park with pickleball courts right across the street. Great trip, would definitely stay here again!

My family and I visit OC every year Labor Day weekend for my birthday. This year was one of our favorites and this was one of our favorite locations to stay. Even though things got quiet after Labor Day, we decided to stay an extra night and Mike and Michele were extremely responsive and accommodating. Great place to bring the dog and be away from the noise while still being walking distance to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!

Spacious and clean! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The unit is right next to the pool and if you play pickleball or tennis, you can’t beat the location with park around the corner. This is our second time staying here and plan to come back.

We get this apartment every year! Its a perfect location, walking distance to the boardwalk, the bay, the park..and a few minutes to everything else. We take our dog too..its a very pet friendly area!Its peaceful...it has everything you need, from everything in the kitchen to linens.Communication is great! And whenever I have had a question, they answer within minutes. I look forward to coming every year, and hate leaving.

Mike was very easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to make me feel easy about renting since we never used Vrbo before. He was an excellent host, and I hope he feels like we left without leaving a mess or causing any damage.

This is a great rental. Super clean, pet friendly, steps from the boardwalk, bay, and playground. We had everything we needed. Owners were super responsive.

What a great location in Ocean City! Walkable to so much stuff including the beach, boardwalk, free fishing pier, and parks. Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive when an issue unrelated to the property arose. One thing I'd mention is that throughout the month of June the town is filled with high schoolers celebrating "Senior Week" so if you're coming with a family during this time be ready for lots of rowdy, loud, intoxicated kids running around :)

The place is nice and beautiful inside and out.The room was nice and clean Mike was always in contact and very helpful with everything. Location is great you would never know you are up in the action but walk up 2 blocks right up to the boards. Another thing I have to say is the linens package was more than worth it was nice towels and sheets not some cheap stuff like alot of places.

Well all I can say is every year we take about two weeks vacation to come to Ocean City. If we can’t reserve this condo we will be heart broken! We love it here! It is a home away from home for us! I would recommend this condo to anyone! It is in a perfect location which a lot of places are but, a lot of places don’t have what this have! 1) location/ close to everything. The bay and park are a half a block away and boardwalk and beach about 3 blocks away. It is a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but yet right in the middle of it. Walkable to everything. 2) The condo itself is exactly what the pictures show you and so much more. I tend to pack heavy for vacation but here if you forgot something not to worry it is there. Fully stocked kitchen which makes things so easy. Washer and dryer which really comes in handy. The furniture and decor is not dated and you can tell the place is taken care of. I personally love the front porch which I use quite often to just sit and relax. 3) Mike and Michele the owners. Seriously these two people every time we stayed have always reached out to see if we needed anything ( which shows what kind of people they are) We were fortunate this year to meet these two and I found out they own other properties. One day maybe we will try to stay at one of their other propertys for a short vacation but our love of this condo will be our 2 weeks. This condo is a perfect place for families and couples.

I take umbrage with your comments. My wife and I take pride in owning our beach house. We put countless hours and weekends in the off season to ensure it is up to date and any damages are addressed. We also look to make improvements every year. This year (2024) alone we replaced all the mattresses and box springs, microwave, refrigerator, stove/range, and added a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We actually met you in person on Saturday 8/3/24 while we were there making sure the condo was still in nice condition and no damages. At that time, and as communicated in VRBO app, we said if you have any questions or concerns to reach out and we would assist. You already had my number since you called the day before your arrival to arrange a parking pass. To find a review like this is disheartening and a personal attack. I don’t know what our unit is lacking that didn’t meet your expectations, but the pictures are not altered in any way. I’d love the opportunity to speak with you about your comments of “low class” to gain an understanding of what that has to do with our unit. Mike
