Summary:
Escape to this spacious Rotorua holiday home, perfect for families and furry friends! Nestled on a two-acre block in Brunswick Park, this six-bedroom house boasts four bathrooms, a large living area, and a deck with a BBQ. Enjoy the convenience of a double garage with a table tennis table. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, a heat pump, and a cozy woodburner.

The Space:
Master Bedroom: Super King (with ensuite bathroom)
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
Bedroom Three: Queen Bed + Single Bed
Bedroom Four: Single Bed x 3
Bedroom Five: Queen Bed (with ensuite bathroom)
Bedroom Six: Queen Bed (with ensuite bathroom)

Main Bathroom: Seperate Shower room, seperate bath, seperate toilet

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all six bedrooms, four bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. Please note there's a detached unit at the back of the garage with a long-term tenant, but it's entirely separate from the main house ensuring your privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Brunswick Park, the property is about a 15-minute drive from the Rotorua CBD. This neighborhood provides a strategic base for exploring the city and its surroundings. Discover local cafes, restaurants, and shops, all within a reasonable distance. Enjoy the blend of a quiet residential area with the advantage of being close to Rotorua's main attractions and services.

Getting Around:
Given our location at 1Brunswick Park, we suggest having your own vehicle for the best experience. You'll find plenty of parking on the property. Public transport services are less frequent in this location.

Other Things to Note:
There is a seperate unit on the property. It is attached to the garage but not attached to the main house in any way and the area is quite seperate. The tenant Dan has a lovely German Shepherd dog, if you happen to see him say hi!

Huge house, with a group of 9 of us everyone had their own space. Heaters in every room which were definately needed and very much apprechiated. Had everything you needed to have a lovely weekend away.

House was beautiful! Absolutely amazing would recommend to anyone and also stay there again. From everyone room having their own heat source to the amazing fireplace in the lounge we loved our stay here. Space for the Whooole family

Our large family group of 3 generations all enjoyed the size of the rooms, outdoors for children to do an epic egg hunt and well supplied kitchen for cooking our meals. The house is a bit old and tired in some places but it didn't matter as we were here for each others' company and yet we all still had our own rooms to retreat to. The cousins enjoyed the selection of children's books.

Very roomy house in lovely neighborhood

Our family of five stayed at this lovely house for 6 days. It's located in a lovely neighborhood, a short drive from downtown Rotorua which made it a good location. We enjoyed staying at the house for a lot of our meals and just resting and watching the neighbors sheep graze. My granddaughter also enjoyed the ping pong table and trampoline. Thank you so much!

the house was fine plenty of room for extended families .Kitchen needed abit of TLC We were not impressed with length of grass outside the front and the outside furniture not in good state very dirty .However we enjoyed our stay and would return as we like to be away from the city.

Mixed sports team for Touch.

Ideal size house for the team. 4 Toilets and showers. Easy to manage students. Nice big kitchen and lots of space for team meetings. Outside was a treat for doing skits and team building. Appreciated the time and accommodation.

This was a nice stay. It's actually through VRBO, but regardless this house is huge and was very comfortable for our stay. It is about 20 minutes away from downtown Rotorua, but if your driving or have a big group, this is a perfect spot.

Fabulous for large groups

This home was the perfect home for our group of 4 couples. The bedrooms are well separate from the living space so if people are sleeping there is no disturbing them. The numerous bathrooms allows for personal space per couple too. The kitchen had plenty of tools and utensils for cooking. The fireplace was very effective and well stocked for us. The pillows were a little too soft for our liking but otherwise there was plenty of blankets. This home far exceeded our expectations in a good way.

Was a very nice warm welcoming home, property manager was very good and communication was amazing. Neighbours were alright but were quick to assume our groups plans for our stay.
