We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean. We had a couple issues such as the chairs in the movie theater room did not recline as they were broken, pool and hot tub heat did not work for a couple days, ants in the kitchen, 2 of the video games in the game room did not work, the ac went out upstairs. The maintenance team did come and fix the ac right away and they tried to fix the pool heat and were able to around 6pm our last night. Response was good from the ownership team and overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for all 12 in our group and it is in a good location to everything!

Absolutely the worst stay we have had. Upon check in we found several issues including a movie theater that was unusable due to the air conditioning unit in that room not working, a severely leaking toilet, a washer that was stuck in “end mode” and wouldn’t do anything, both televisions on the patio broken, and a slew of other issues. The worst issue is we paid extra to use the spa which in a main reason for getting a home with a pool and it did not work our entire stay. We called and they sent 2 technicians that did not solve the issue. The lady answering the telephone for Blue Sky Villas was hands down the most ignorant miserable human I have ever encountered. I told her the other issues which she straight up said she didn’t care about, and I told her the spa was still not working and she lied and said she would send a tech again on our last night and never scheduled the call. She hung up on us several times when trying to report issues. The house next to ours also had a party so it smelled like weed for 3 days and they blasted music until 4 am which sucked when we have small children. Security didn’t care about that but God forbid you park in the driveway and stick over onto the sidewalk (we had a 15 passenger van) not sure where they expected us to park. Also we couldn’t access any of the resort amenities such as the splash pad, big pool, etc. This was a terrible waste of money and PTO.

Great home!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! The pool and spa were heated to perfect temperatures and were fantastic to use even in the cooler temps we had. Communication was exceptional with management and any question were answered almost immediately the beds were all very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the game rooms, theater room and themed bedrooms!

Property was awesome. Everyone had a great time from the 2yr olds to the 59 year old . It was awesome. House is just as pictured. It was a fun 11 days

Beautiful, large, clean and well-appointed property.

This home accommodated our four families very nicely. There were plenty of spaces to gather as a large group but also plenty of individual spaces to allow for privacy. The game room and home theater were a big hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. The property management company was very efficient, responsive and easy to work with. We would recommend this property to others.
