Our listing clearly describes the property as having private lake access rather than being directly waterfront. Many guests choose our cottage because it offers the best of both worlds: a spacious, well-appointed cottage at a lower price than waterfront properties, along with access to a private dock on a beautiful, sandy, weed-free lake. We work hard to keep our pricing competitive by regularly comparing similar properties in the area, and our rates are generally lower than those of comparable waterfront cottages.
