One of the best cottages we rented in our 20 years of renting. perfect for large families or groups. Has very good privacy for its location. Very well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor gazebo with seating, and propane fire pit was a personal favorite spot for our evenings under the stars.

Our stay at Trading Bay was awesome. The cottage has everything you need! It is perfect for two families or a family with older teens. Our teens happily took over the bottom floor and loved having their own fridge and living area. The waterfront is perfect and the bay is typically very calm. Indy is very responsive and quick to help where needed.

The cottage (more like a lake house) was just what we were looking forward to since booking our stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The outside areas are well laid out and perfect for entertaining guests. The dock is large and Muskoka chairs are there just waiting for you to come and relax by the water. The proximity to Dorset makes for easy trips into town for supplies or dining. Overall a great stay!!!

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at Indy’s cottage! Exactly what we needed for a reset weekend. Nicely laid out cottage with walkouts on both levels. Lots of outdoor areas for dining and hanging out. Good water access from dock or shore.

This property is absolutely stunning! It’s even nicer than the photos. Our family of 8 with 3 dogs had an incredible stay and would highly recommend this property. The fire pit is huge and awesome. There are lots of sitting areas and I particularly enjoyed sitting under the gazebo staring out at the water. So nice to have shelter in the event of any unexpected showers and also shade from the hot sun out on the dock. The canoe and paddle boat were in great shape but the adult kayaks were quite old. It wasn’t an issue for our family as we really enjoyed the canoe and paddle boat. The child’s kayak looked great but we didn’t use it as I have a mature family and no grandkids yet. Everything was fully stocked and the kitchen had everything nicely labelled. 2 refrigerators came in extremely handy too! Perfect spot for 8 people to stay!

Family get away

Beautiful cottage with all the supplies. Had a wonderful time exploring with the kayaks & paddle boards on site, and swimming off the dock. Nice and close to Dorset for quick stops to the store and restaurants!

Trip to Dorsey

Really nice place, sleeping areas were really nice also kitchen and living area. The outside area was amazing, lots of things to do. Overall Indy has a great spot for short or long vacation.

Great Location and Beautiful Property

My wife and a couple of our friends wanted to have a short getaway and this property did not disappoint! We had 3 beautiful days away and the location and amenities helped amplify the stay. Lots of room and activities to do kept us busy and made us not want to leave. Great location and a beautiful property!

This is a really superb property located right on the lake. The owner has plenty of outdoor space and sitting areas including a fire pit and a gas fire table! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and seeing the beautiful fall colours reflected in the lake. A short beautiful drive to Algonquin for a hike with our dog! Perfect!

Beautiful 4 season cottage

We were so impressed with this property. The cottage easily sleeps 8 with modern decor, full amenities, and easy access. We enjoyed our time here while snowmobiling but could easily see ourselves returning in the summer months.

Great Cottage for family stay

The property is very nice and everything was in working condition when we arrived. Communication with Indy was great and he was very responsive to any questions we had. The outdoor space is amazing and the lake is very peaceful. We all had a great time and will stay again :)
