My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights in this apartment and it was fabulous! The unit is well furnished nicely outfitted. It had everything we could want and more including a washer & dryer for longer stays. Super location for walking to countless restaurants and shops. Sylvia was wonderful to deal with, great response time and excellent instructions for finding the place and checking in. Everything was as advertised and we were not disappointed.

This was my third time staying at this condo and it never disappoints. It’s my go-to spot when I travel to Winnipeg. It’s consistently excellent.

This is our 5th stay at this VRBO. Sylvia is a fantastic host! Quick to communicate and helpful. We love the location. The Life Centre is about 0.7 of a mile, where we've attended a few concerts. Just a block or two away is a number of restuarants. Our faves are NonSuch Brewery and James Pumphouse. We discovered Highwater Bar on this trip. The building is quiet, parking is off the street. It's perfect for singles or a couple. Just enough items in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Kuerig coffee maker with cheater cups for the coffee provided or your own special kind, are perfect for a good start to the morning. We will be back. Again

I met up with my son to spend a few days in Winnipeg and we really enjoyed our stay. Walking to museums and sampling the various cafes and restaurants was very enjoyable and convenient. The architecture of the older buildings in the Exchange District was a nice treat. The apartment was very nice, clean and everything that was advertised. Sylvia was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and the entire process was very straightforward. The next time I’m in Winnipeg I’ll definitely check to see if this place is available. Highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the convenience of having so much to see and do, all within walking distance.

Very nice place in a cool neighborhood in Winnipeg. Lots to do although much of it closed on Mondays. Nearby restaurants very good. We stayed there a night waiting to catch a train to Vancouver so if you are doing that this place is very close to where you depart.

Our experience at the Vrbo was wonderful. The property was exactly as advertised—immaculately clean and comfortable. We appreciated the convenient parking, which made our stay even more enjoyable.One of the highlights was its proximity to walking trails and some fantastic restaurants, allowing us to explore the area with ease. Additionally, the host was a pleasure to work with, promptly addressing all of our inquiries and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting Winnipeg. We had a great stay at Sylvia's condo in Winnipeg. Very clean and perfectly located for restaurants, breweries, shops, public transportation, etc. We would happily stay again.

The location was great! Many walkable nearby restaurants. The Forks was about a 20 minute walk along the river. We got there on a Friday night while a super cute vintage street market was going on right outside the building (was glad to have assigned parking). One bummer is that our vehicle was broken into while parked in the lot during the day. Not really a fault of the property, just a reality of city parking. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials (kitchen items, coffee bar, shampoo). It was a quiet building with the exception of being able to hear every time the upstairs tenant flushed the toilet or took a shower. Would stay again!

A wonderful retreat in the centre of the city. It was a perfect, cozy base to return to in between Christmas parties. The location is great with lots within walking distance, and Silvia is a great host who made my stay easy and enjoyable. I hope to be back next Christmas.
