Very nice cozy cottage in a great location! Convenient to the lakes, right on Canandaigua, just feet from the water, beautiful sunsets! Cottage was well equipped inside and out. great home for a couple or a small family and pet friendly. We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer! Thank you for making your home available.

Well equipped two bedroom cottage directly on the lake front. The views of sunset are fabulous. The property is clean and attractive. The contact with the host was simple with quick response. Restaurants, shopping, etc. is an easy 2-3 mile drive into Canandaigua, a beautiful town with nice dining options.If there is a minor negative, the commode area in the bathroom is tight and could be a challenge for a larger or mobility limited person.I would book this property again.

Worth it!

Very quiet stay. Enjoyed having access to the kayaks. Things were clean and amenities were very well-stocked. We arrived the first day after dark, which was a bit challenging because Google Maps does not take you to the driveway correctly. Would stay here again.

Great spot

Stayed for 3 nights during PGA Championship week in Rochester. The house is well stocked, very clean, right on the water, and very close to town. We enjoyed it and would stay there again, for sure.

Special nugget

This wasnt the biggest property but it was the most perfect for a quick getaway for two. We will definitely go back-the location sitting right on the water is perfection.

Wonderful Cottage stay

The cottage was very comfortable and well stocked. We spent 3 nights in mid-October. Even though the weather was cool and rainy, we enjoyed our stay because of the beautiful view on the lake and area. The guest contact was very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely situated at the end of a dead end Rd, home had everything necessary and more. The outdoor stamped concrete put you directly on the water’s edge. Nice dock system with stairs to enter the water. The wind and waves easily can lull you to sleep from the cottages front windows. From indoors to outdoors everything was well planned and stocked up for your vacation pleasure.

An Authentic Lakefront Cottage

You can't beat the location of this charming cottage. Plenty of space inside and out for our group of four sisters. The owners were very responsive when we needed help with a couple of little things, and having the kataks and paddles was a big plus. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again!

First & Second time is a Charm!

This was our second stay at this lovely little cottage and we just love it there. Everywhere inside the home offers an "infinity" view of the water. Open the windows and you can hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night for a perfect night's sleep. We will be back!

My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!

Awesome Cottage on the water

We really enjoyed the cottage on the water at Lake Canandaigua. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the location of our home was great. We really liked the way the cottage was furnished with very comfortable chairs and beds and a very antique charming look. I would recommend this cottage to anyone interested in vacationing at Lake Canandaigua. D&J

My second time here. Ideal location to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. First time visiting the mansion and grounds of the Sonnenberg Gardens. I would love to come back!?

Cozy Cottage

Great, quiet location. Perfect for a little getaway. The cottage is well maintained and very clean. You can tell that the owners take great care and pay close attention to the details. While the weather didn't cooperate for us to see a sunset, they have to be beautiful with the view off the back of the house out of the lake. If you are looking for a relaxing time away from home within easy driving distance of good food in Canandaigua and plenty of wineries this is a great choice.

Quaint cottage

We stayed for a week and it was enjoyable. The view is beautiful. It had everything we needed and little extras stock were unexpected. We did find there needs to be a couple things updated or need of repair but it didn’t effect our stay or overall experience
