Super Clean & Cozy

I enjoyed staying in this home so much! It was very clean, roomy, and inviting. My three old friends and I didn't explore Amish country quite as much as we had planned, just because we were enjoying hanging out in the house so much. We sat in the comfy living room and talked half the night and day. The internet connection was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location is great.

Sisters & Brother in laws Annual Trip

House was as described. Very clean & well stocked. The homeowner has thought of everything. One of us accidently hit the ring button to call the owner, she responded immediately to check on us! All instructions were very clear and simple. Would defiantly recommend this home.

East Earl getaway

Probably the most organized, well stocked, spotless VRBO I've stayed at. Everything was neat, clean and abundant. Did not need to contact host for anything because everything was easy to understand, wish every property was as thoughtful as this one. Location was great to explore the PA Amish country and not to far to Sight and Sound. Only negative was it is located on a busy road so if you are a light sleeper you won't like it.

Enjoyed our stay

The property worked very well for our large group of adults. The online booking and communcation were great. The large parking area gave plenty of room to park and enjoy some outdoor games. The onky reason i gave 4 star instead of 5 was the couch is outdated and worn with rip holes and the home is located on the main road which is very busy, the traffic noise was tollerable and those from the city might not even notice it. The dogs across the way do bark alot at night. None of these things mentioned would stop me from renting here again. Overall a very nice place and felt safe and comfortable at all times.

Girls trip

Very easy check in. I'll give the cleanliness very good. However the furniture and rugs we're very dirty. The furniture is very dated needs to be replaced it look like an episode of The Golden girls. I've stayed in Lancaster county rentals for girls weekends family events and this is my least favorite rental I've ever stayed in. I give it one star

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing with the furniture and rugs. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.- We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. We chose to decorate with more modern beach decor rather than the typical Lancaster country farmhouse with quilts and country decor. - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the furniture meets their expectations. - We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

The only negative was the yard needed mowed. You could tell it was high when they mowed it needed to be gone over again, The grass around the hot tub was a foot high. There were no issues with the inside of the home.

The Good: House was very clean and well stocked. Very convenient location and easy to find. Beds slept wonderful! Exterior is very well lighted when arriving after dark. Everything is very well labeled. Hot tub area is very private. There is one bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower. Could be an issue for some: The house is on a rather busy street with a considerable amount of road noise. Not a problem for us as we are accustomed to that. The steps going upstairs to all of the bedrooms are a bit narrow. The living space could use some serious updates on the furniture. It would be difficult for more than 5 or 6 to visit in the living space.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Much to like about this house

We enjoyed our stay here at this well-kept, comfortably furnished, reasonably priced house. The owner included some nice touches, like an electric kettle to heat water for tea and a white noise machine to mitigate the early morning traffic sounds, if you're not used to those. The location is within an easy drive of most attractions in the area.

Sights and Sounds

We stayed 2 nights at this property, it was approximately 30 min from Sights and Sounds Theater. There were 6 adults in our party and the house was large enough with plenty of space to stretch out. It suited our needs and was a pleasant environment.
