Great location in quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive prior and at the beginning of our stay but i didn’t not hear back after the first day of check in. Instructions provided were to have all dishes placed in dishwasher and run the cycle before check out , but there was no dishwasher in the unit and the garbage disposal was also not functioning. Aside from that the house was clean and beds comfortable

Short of expectations

We booked this stay because of proximity to a multiple wedding events in the area for a long weekend. There are 6 people in our family including 2 children (6yo & 2yo) so we looked for a large space and had some perks for kids. Check in was smooth. The key code worked on the front door and we had no issues. The property instructions were to park in the rear facing driveway, which has no keypad so every time we left or arrived someone had to lock the back and go to the front which is mostly just inconvenient. This property is in a slightly run down area and the finishes are an obvious “flip house.” No big deal really. The master bath in the converted garage has some dicey electrical that makes the lights flicker, the shelf in the shower is broken and the transition from the remodel to the main house has a precarious and undefined step that multiple people tripped on. The heart of our issue is that the description of this house’s amenities are that they are luxurious and everything you could ever need to stay comfortably with family. There are some large oversights: -there are ZERO bathroom trash cans. None. It’s really just gross -no dishwasher -the kid video game area had no functioning games. They turned on but controls didn’t work -the mattresses are the worst I’ve ever experienced, literally lay on the edges and roll into the middle -trundle bed was installed upside down so mattress was perched on a single rail in the middle -there’s more butno space left

My family & I had a great time, the location is perfect. Close to grocery stores & fun activities for the kids. The pool was a huge hit for my son, he loved it. House is very spacious, kitchen is nice.

Needs work

The house was great. Unfortunately it was missing a few things that are advertised on the listing. We stayed for 5 nights and had to call management literally 4 out of those 5 days. The refrigerator did not work for 3.5 of the days we stayed and our food went bad. I am now having trouble being reimbursed for that. Also the only form of air in the king bedroom is the fan!

Small issues arouse host was quick to help and correct them and had a nice stay overall in a nice neighborhood. Kids had a blast too.

Newly remodeled

this house worked for our needs and we loved that it had 5 bedrooms. there were actual beds with actual mattresses for comfort to sleep in. I thought the beds were very comfortable. the air conditioner worked well and the house stayed cool regardless of outside temperature. small things could have been improved to make this a super awesome stay but it was a very good stay anyway. i would absolutely recommend this house for a comfortable stay.
