Additionally, Westhills Sports Field and the hockey arena are conveniently located within walking distance. For those who enjoy hiking and biking, we are just a short distance away from Jordie Lunn Bike Park and Mount Wells Regional Park. Even on rainy days, there are plenty of entertainment options available, including bowling alleys and movie theatres in the vicinity.
Our property is situated approximately 18 to 20 minutes from the heart of Victoria’s inner Harbour

The one bedroom suite is well equipped for both short and long term stays. We appreciated the full sized washer and drier, and comfortable queen bed. And we very much appreciated that our cat was also welcomed. The location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We could not have asked for more gracious hosts.

Bright and quiet, but could be cleaner.The place works well for two people. However, cleanliness needs improvement. The bathroom floor had hair and nails, and overall attention to detail was lacking.The sofa bed setup was inconvenient, requiring a mattress to be moved from the bedroom, and the sheets didn’t seem freshly prepared (we even rewashed them ourselves).Nice space, but improvements in cleaning and bedding would make a big difference.

I strongly disagree with your comment on cleanliness of Suite. I know my cleaners do a great job and I personally always check on suite before check In. You were upset that I did not allow 7 people to stay in there, that’s why you never responded to any of my questions about confirming you will not be having extra guests without approval. We have an extra bedding and mattress in closet to make it more comfortable for guests that sleep on pull out. Everything gets washed once people check out, I have video surveillance of the extra guests you snuck in at night, But I didn’t confront you. You never once complained about any uncleanliness of the suite when we bumped into you several times in driveway. Moving forward you should stay at hotels 3 times the price an a third of the amenities.

Very central for my needs to access Downtown Victoria in 20 min, Duncan in 30 min and Sooke in 25 min. The suite main windows look out to Tall Pine and Spruce trees right across the street with nature trails within the area of the trees that lead you an a nurturing exploration, as well as it being an amazing place to decompress when you come to the suite... in the suite and walk on the trails .
