* This is a self-catering property.

* Trash Disposal: To maintain cleanliness, please dispose of your trash bags in the designated resort trash bin. All trash needs to be bagged in a plastic trash bag. Trash is picked up every morning.

* Mail \& Packages: We cannot accept mail or packages delivered via USPS. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any shipments. Packages may be sent to the clubhouse, where handling fees may apply. We are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

* Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Penalty: $500.00 USD plus tax sanitization fee will be charged to the card on file for any violations.

* Noise Disturbances / No Parties: Please be respectful of your neighbors and other guests, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Documented evidence of a party will result in a $2,000.00 USD fine charged directly to the credit card on file.

We manage this property ourselves and are dedicated to providing you with our personal attention for a clean, well-stocked, and wonderful stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are available via phone or message should you need anything at all.
