This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Private Duplex home located in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida is steps away from the beautiful beaches and downtown nightlife. This home is decorated with a light coastal feel and is perfect for family and friends who want to get away from the bustle of city life and relax near the beach. In this beautiful home, you will have a full kitchen to cook meals, spend time with family and friends or walk 100 feet to the Sea Ranch Shopping Center (with Publix Market, Dunkin’, CVS Pharmacy, Nail Salon and many other stores), or 2 blocks to beach access or a few blocks to the downtown area to enjoy shops, restaurants and the pier. You can also spend your days relaxing at the property pool reading, listening to music or enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Beach towels / pool towels, wagon, cooler, 2 bicycles and beach chairs provided. Getting Around: Lauderdale By The Sea is extremely pedestrian friendly, however, if you would like to download the Circuit app, for a small fee you can get just about anywhere in Lauderdale By The Sea with public transportation.

About the space: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 set of Bunk Beds (2 singles).

Great beach vacation

Enjoyed a wonderful girlfriend's getaway. Clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities needed. Included a fully stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels and chairs. The owner was very accommodating for early check in and late check out since the unit was not booked. Short 2 block walk to a beautiful beach. Less than a block to Publix, CVS, etc. and a few blocks to many wonderful restaurants . Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Bungalow on Bongainvilla

Clean, wonderful pool area. Grandkids loved the pool. I am in my sixties and I enjoyed laying out near the pool. I haven't done that in years. So conveniently located near Publix and CVS. Access to the beach is close by. You can walk downtown and have dinner. Recommend.

Great property/great location

You can't beat the location, 2 minute walk to the beach, grocery store, liquor store, dunkin' donuts, cvs, and a few restaurants. A 5 minute walk to a nice park, 10 minute walk to tons of restaurants. The property is great, very clean and nice! The pool and backyard are amazing, tons of chairs, a firepit and a grill. We left a few beach toys behind, we used the wagon and beach chairs a lot. Would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend staying at Lauder by the sea! Our host Eric was super accommodating. They thought of everything which was nice. We stayed at the end of July with 4 adults and 4 kids and drove down from North Carolina. We were able to pack light because of the accommodations. They have plenty of towels, both bath and beach, chairs toys, you name it and it was there! It just helped to take this load off of us and not have all this extra to pack. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly and plenty of room for us all. The walking distance was an absolute plus to the shopping center and even the restaurants. Very convenient for us especially with the kids. We had such an amazing trip! Kids raved about the pool too. Definitely have this place on our list for next year!

Lovely Home. Great pool.

We had a wonderful time. It is a bit small and that did not come across in the listing. Also did not get that it was connected to a second unit. Based on the area though this seems to be the style. The pool was awesome. Definitely would recommend.
