Gorgeous Pet Friendly 4 Bedroom Townhome

Are you ready to relax at "Ventnor Shores"? This property is bringing a little Jersey to the shores of North Carolina. The property is a gorgeous four bedroom, four bathroom property that is perfect for your family and pups! You have access to multiple covered decks, a ground level seating area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach! There is a public beach access right at the end of the street!

As you pull up to the property, the shaded patio area underneath the carport has patio seating for gathering the family together outside and is located directly in front of the ground floor suite. The ground level has easy access without having to travel up any steps. It is equipped with a King bedroom, full bathroom with shower/ tub combo, living room and small wet bar with a microwave and mini fridge.

As you make your way up the staircase to the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and lovely living area with deck access. The living/ dining area has intricate cultural décor spread all around. This level also has a bedroom with a bunk bed with a Twin over Full and small ladder staircase to reach the top bunk. The full bathroom on this level has a shower/ tub combo. The third floor boasts the final two bedrooms with a Queen bed and a King bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The King bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful tufted, upholstered headboard. The Queen bedroom has access to the covered deck for late night socializing with your favorite beverage.

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Fort Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today!

Spring Clean and TLC
There are no major issues. just some better cleaning is needed in many areas. The shower in the upstairs bathroom needs a new shower caddy, instead of a rusted one. The entire house needs to be cleaned outside of the typical areas. There were a few dust bunnies on the bottom and middle floors.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and fit our group nicely. We had three different families (7 total). It was a nice weekend getaway. We would definitely stay again.

Not Worth It. Stay Somewhere Else.
During our stay at this property (over Thanksgiving) we discovered there was mold in the ice maker, which we did not immediately notice when we arrived at the property. A few family members (including myself) did use the ice maker and got sick. As a result, we had to go out and purchase ice until someone could come to the property and clean the ice maker. We never used it again, but I hope they take the cleanliness of the property seriously in the future as to not have this happen to another family. There were other issues during our stay, but this was the most egregious. The resolution to this happening to our family was that they offered us a $100 credit to stay with them in the future. With 4 people getting sick, this works out to $25 dollars a piece. In my mind, this is insufficient and I will not be staying with them in the future.

Carolina Beach Ventnor Shores
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Ventnor Shores. The rental was very clean and comfortable. I really liked that sheets and towels were provided. We were a little further from the beach than I would have liked and the road in the front of the house is busy with traffic. Some things need to be improved - the deck furniture isn't comfortable and is taped together. The handrail going up the steps needs to be repaired. With the cost of the rental I would have expected better in these two areas. I would also recommend a bigger bed and a TV in the second bedroom upstairs. The Rental company was easy to contact and we needed maintenance which was taken care of quickly. The only recommendation I have here is that I tried to share the Hospitality App, but the link was never sent to the people I added.
