Wonderful Stay!!!

I was very impressed with how much space there ended up being! The photos really only give you a glimpse of how wonderful the place was. Very spacious. Very cozy. Very well maintained. So close to the beach! Will definitely stay again!!

Very nice property and convenient to all things Carolina Beach! Also the neighbor was very nice and helpful with sightseeing information. Only negative was the stick-on blind at the top of the ateps that wouldnt stay on and it took 2.5 days to get a replacement put up.

Fun in the sun

Had a lovely time in a lovely space. The home was very clean, comfortable and decorated with a warm beach vibe. Plenty of room for our family of five. 5 minute drive to the beach.

Long weekend with family

Good place if you have pets fenced in backyard. Close to State Park for walks with animals. Not close to the beach.

it was a beautiful home lots of space it was just a little hard for my handicap brother to get around with the stairs and i didnt appreciate the looks from the neighbors

Carolina beach

This was our second time staying at this home. The home is clean and is near the beach and plenty of activities. We had an issue with the grill and it was taken care of right away. Only downside this trip was that some of the beds were not quite uncomfortable.

Great Location & Spacious

Overall positive experience. The double bed bunk was noisy and uncomfortable. Not really suitable for adults. Lots of space with fun useful amenities. Great for big groups as long as you don’t mind stairs. 5 min drive to the beach & boardwalk.

Never again

This trip was awful! Check in was on a Sunday - never received checkin info so I was on the phone Sunday morning for four hours trying to get info. Finally got it, got yo the property and the air conditioner was broken. That was fixed and three days in the door code didn’t work. Thank the heavens we had left the back door unlocked.

Hi Dianne, I am truly sorry to hear your trip did not live up to your standards. We are a long running, family-owned company and strive to give our guests the best experience possible. I do see that we were ablet to get your air back up and running. It does look like at some point during your stay, the transmitter for the lock was unplugged (this very much so could have been done by the external company providing HVAC services or simply on accident), had we known during your stay the lock was not working we would've been happy to problem-solve and get it up and running. Again, thank you for your stay, we wish you the best!

1/5 – Unsafe and Poorly ManagedThe home is beautiful, but our experience was terrible due to poor management and serious health concerns. Upon arrival, we found food on the floors and walls, grime on the kitchen sink, and mold in both upstairs bathrooms, including on the showerhead. We had three small children with us, and the home was not safe.We called during our stay. The hospitality team was kind, but the cleaner left the mold untouched, and maintenance did not resolve the awful smell in the bathroom vent, our guests could even smell it downstairs. Even worse, the shuffleboard table was filled with walnut shell sand, which was never disclosed. Our daughter has a severe nut allergy, and this was a major risk.We later found out our concerns were not escalated to management for over a week, and we didn’t receive a formal response until two weeks after we left. Despite everything, we were refused a refund.This property was not clean, not safe, and not managed with care. I would not recommend this rental or Bryant Real Estate to anyone, especially families.
