Great stay at a great property
We (seven friends) stayed at this property for a week. We had a great time here.
House was overall clean and VERY spacious. There is a large dining table that can comfortably seat 7+ for large board games. The house has a digital door code, but you are provided two physical keys for house access, and there is no way to get a door code, so don't forget the keys when you go to the beach.
Beds were comfortable, but bedrooms let in a LOT of light in the mornings, even with the blinds fully drawn. If morning light wakes you up, bring sleep masks. Bed layout is as described in the listing (master bedroom with king bed and en-suite, second bedroom with queen bed with en-suite, third bedroom with two twin beds, fourth bedroom with a full bed and twin-sized bunk beds).
A/C was excellent, but VERY aggressive, setting to 72F required light jackets, even on the upper floors. A/C was also loud enough to wake up some of the lighter sleepers of the group at 630am every morning as the sun came up. Bring earplugs if that bothers you.
Wi-Fi was provided, and plenty fast for all seven of us
Beach access was good (less than a 10 minute walk to the beach itself, 15-20 minute walk to the boardwalk). House has several beach chairs in the garage, which was a nice touch. Garage also has a full shower and hose to remove sand before you re-enter the house.
Overall, I'd recommend the house to larger groups of people.
