Designed with a relaxed Southern California mid-century vibe, our air-conditioned home is bright, open, and made for gathering. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for family meals, complemented by two indoor dining areas and an inviting outdoor dining space.

Two large living rooms offer plenty of space to lounge, stream movies, or play games. The sunny enclosed sunroom is the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or afternoon reading.

Sleeping arrangements:
Primary bedroom: King bed with organic mattress and pillow topper

Second bedroom: King bed with organic mattress and pillow topper

Third bedroom: Queen bed with 100% cotton bedding

All linens are premium and natural — no synthetic fabrics — to ensure a luxurious, comfortable sleep.

Due to allergy concerns, The Oceanside Oasis is not pet-friendly. We kindly ask that no animals be brought into the home.

Guest access:
Guests have private access to the entire home.
There are two driveway parking spots available. Please note that street parking may be restricted at certain times (details below).

Other things to note:
No events or parties are allowed.
We are located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced to respect our neighbors and city regulations. Please note: Oceanside fines $1500 for noise complaints without warning.


Street cleaning notice:
Every second Friday, street cleaning is scheduled. No street parking is permitted on those days, and vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed. We recommend using the two available driveway spots.
