This beautiful 3 bedroom, single level home is great for family gatherings and has everything you need to make you feel right at home! Enjoy the backyard for a summer BBQ with family or friends. The property is close to downtown Escondido, restaurants, breweries, hiking, San Diego County beaches, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and Legoland. And it's only a short drive to Temecula, the heart of California's South Coast wine region.

This single story home has the following layout:

Master bedroom with attached full bath: One King Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed
Bathroom 3: Two Twin Beds
Bathroom 2 (full bath): not attached to any bedrooms, full bath with tub/shower combo

Free parking on premises and street parking (please abide by all street signs).
Fully stocked kitchen to make yourself at home!

Guest has access to the entire house.

This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

We stayed at the house for our son's wedding. It provided the perfect space. Overall, everything was clean and decorated to provide an inviting space. If we are ever in the area again we would rent again an definitely recommend this listing to others.

Place was just as advertised - perfect location for our family to explore LA for a couple of days while enjoying the beaches, hikes, and ball park in San Diego. Very clean, and loved playing some ping pong after a day out.

This house was great! Very clean, open space, many kitchen appliances, beautiful master bedroom- walk-in closet/ bathroom/ shower and of course the popular ping pong table for the kids... and adults! It easily accommodated the 6 of us and most of all, we all had hot water when we showed in the evenings! It was a great central location with short drives to Legoland, Oceanside harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields and La Jolla Sea Cove. The host had great communication with no problems. We had a great time at this house and would definitely stay again.

Wow! Our family cannot share enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this home during our time in San Diego. The hosts were very responsive. The listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There are great walking trails all around the home. More than anything, the house is well taken care of. It was very clean and all of the amenities on property, including a fully stocked kitchen, was A. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The linens are great. The home is very family friendly. There is a ping pong table in the garage too which is very fun. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Diego.

The home was wonderful. It appears to be newly renovated and is very stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining items. We had a lovely stay at this home. The house has been tastefully renovated and provided ample room and a pleasant environment. We loved the outdoor patio for evening chats. Modern and well cared for

3 night stay was very comfortable. Some road noise in living area from 4 lane street below back side of home but master bedroom was very quiet. Enjoyed our time in Escondido and we appreciated the excellent condition of the home.

Home away from Home!

I have stayed at multiple VRBO locations and this home has been my favorite. The owners take such care of the home and are thoughtful in all that is provided. The beds are comfortable and the home has all that is needed. The location is close to shopping and the freeway. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Escondido Home

From the minute we entered the house, it felt like home. Everything was immaculate and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there. The hosts were great! They were so prompt in answering any questions we had and made us feel so welcome. Would obviously love to stay there again.
