The property offers comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate various needs. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, providing a cozy and restful space. In the bonus room, you'll find a bunk bed that's perfect for children or additional guests. Additionally, the living room includes a queen-sized pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Each sleeping area is equipped with its own TV, and high-speed internet is available throughout the cottage, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

The outdoor area of the property is designed to enhance your Cape Cod experience. The spacious rear deck is perfect for gatherings, featuring a propane gas grill, a dining table with chairs, and comfortable lounge furniture for relaxation. For an authentic touch, enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower—a hallmark of the Cape Cod lifestyle. At the front of the property, a cozy private sitting area awaits, complete with chairs, a table, and a charming gas firepit, ideal for unwinding in the evenings. The rental comes with the use of the Salt Air Village, which consists of 30 acres- including a frog pond, woods, trails, two fields, horseshoe pits, basketball court and volleyball court. The association also runs village family activities periodically throughout the summer.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
