The house was cute and comfortable! However there wasn’t any space for groceries so they had to stay in bags on the floor and there was an ant problem! They also suggested keeping the windows open for a breeze instead of using the air conditioner but they were almost impossible to open, I suggest they speak with cleaners as there were cobwebs throughout! Hassock and little black table each had broken legs! Time for a new coffee maker, it unusable, so for the cost of the house they need some improvements!

Dennisport Delight

Super clean…great area! Inman Beach access just a short walk. WeePacket for Breakfast is an even shorter walk! Overall great stay!!

Great Cape Cottage! Very clean, working mini splits, comfortable beds, shower door entry is quite tight because glass hits the sink, but terrific otherwise. Would stay here again. Properties manager communicated by text and email, check in/out was easy.

Family reunion

Beautiful beach weekend, weather was great. Accommodation was cool and comfortable. Outdoor shower was excellent and relaxing. Cute little cottage.

Great Cottage.

This is an absolutely outstanding cottage. Great central location, clean and filled with character. Lots of provided amenities and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The only minor drawback was that due to the location of the cottage, the GPS got confused sometimes and tried to take us down the wrong road. However that’s a google issue and not a VRBO issue.

Summer Vacation

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and a few good restaurants. It was a nice neighborhood. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the house when we arrived for the price of the stay. Surfaces and appliances could have been better cleaned. With the maximum amount of people that were allowed to stay (4) adults, we were a little disappointed with the lack of necessities that were stated to be provided. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time so we could better plan when grocery shopping. Overall a nice stay. The bedrooms and living space were comfortable.
