Great little house for a quick trip to JC. Very clean and cool in the summer heat. Comfy beds too. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was nice and secluded. There were lots of deer and Johnson city is adorable. There were lots of ants on the “porch” part of the property, lots were dead but they were still there, I am sure it’s just because it was hot and summer time in hill country. My only complaint is that the window unit was not enough to keep up and keep the cottage cool. The hosts were very communicative and everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our weekend there

We went for my friend's bday. It is such a nice, cute lil tiny home in a nice, quiet neighborhood that close to everything we planned to do. Really enjoyed our stay.

Better than a hotel room. The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. It was perfectly located for our visits to wineries in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

A great stay

I think what impressed me most was how comfortable I felt in the living/sleeping area of this space during my three night stay. The kitchen and bathroom areas were also very good, and the location in Johnson City was just right. I definitely hope to return.

I just stayed here for the first time, for a little girls trip to Fredericksburg/Johnson City area with a friend. The cottage was so convenient to Johnson City, and budget friendly as well. We will definitely be returning!
