***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.***
***Please note that the pool and hot tub share one heater, so they cannot be heated at the same time. If you've requested pool heating and would also like to use the hot tub, we'll need to turn off the pool heater so it can heat the hot tub instead. The hot tub can still be heated if pool heating hasn't been requested. Thank you for understanding!**

***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

***FYI, The outdoor kitchen sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a $300 security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
