great location

There was no propane grill, only a very small charcoal. So we had to cook everything inside which was disappointing. There was not a lot of kitchen items. The location and neighbors were very nice. Having our own dock and the large deck to sit out on was a nice addition. It just seemed to need a good cleaning and the bathrooms need a major update.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- Due to insurance compliance, a propane grill is not offered at this property. However, there is an electric grill available for guest use, and a previous guest left behind a charcoal grill.- The home was professionally cleaned prior to check-in. The owners were available during your stay and could have addressed any concerns if they had been notified. Since the feedback came after checkout, it was difficult to know exactly what the issues were.Thank you for your feedback and suggestions as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

A First Class Facility

A great location right on the lake, fantastic views. The facilty is large and decorated exqusitely It was immaculatley clean. A minor issues regaring the door code, and the internet access, but both were immiedialy remedied. Clealy the best lake rental we have used, and we have been to 5 other locations.

Beautiful house with lots of space. Easy/quick access to town and lots of parking in front of the 2 car garage. Comfortable beds and had access to at least one well in the dock. The second well has a boat lift, which could probably be lowered/used if you ask? The cove is a little narrow, so you feel real close to all the neighbors. Host was available. Don't waste your time contacting Evolve, just contact the host directly.Cons: no BBQ grill, electric george foreman doesn't count and is a fire hazard as it leaks all over the porch. Low water pressure in the upstairs shower. Paddle boat has no paddles/no rutter. The outside staircase was tricky with little kids. There were gaps in the porch slats upstairs which are "being repaired"

Great house great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cove was wonderful with lots of very friendly people. You will want to bring essentials for the kitchen, there were very small pots and pans. We ended up buying some at dollar general. The gas grill was replaced with a small electric grill and a small charcoal grill, so if you plan to grill a lot, please take that into account. We ended up buying a charcoal grill to use. We stayed for a week, so we cooked at the house a lot. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great location, plenty of room, pet friendly

Location on the lake in a cove off a cove was excellent. The dock had one PWC dock and another slip available for use so it accommodated both of our PWCs. There were two sets of wet steps and a jump platform. You’ll want to bring your own Lily pad since the ducks have taken over the owner’s Lily pad! Boat launch ramp is very close by car and water. A marina for gas was just outside the cove so very convenient. The neighbors were awesome, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The house was very spacious and beds were comfortable except the sheets in the master bedroom were a little itchy for me. If you are sensitive about your sheets, easy solution is to bring a set of your own. There were a lot of flies and other bugs but that may just be the part of the country. Fly swatters were provided and we had interior bug spray we used so it wasn’t a major problem. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. There was a lot of empty cabinet space so we could put our food and supplies away rather than cluttering up the counters. Appliances were good although sometimes the water dispenser on the refrigerator wouldn’t dispense water. The bathrooms were adequate. The downstairs shower was a little small but good water pressure and enough hot water. The upstairs full bathroom could use a remodel. The tub looks a bit dirty but it’s really because the tub was painted, which doesn’t work for a tub so the paint was coming off, exposing the original almond color. The 1/2 bathroom vanity was very small so you couldn’t put much on it. There was room for a standalone set of shelves or cabinet so I recommend that be added so the bathroom can be more functional. The house was very pet friendly but a gate at the entrance to the dock would have been helpful. The Evolve team provided the wrong door code and internet access information but the owner responded quickly with the correct information. The internet also had an issue that had to be resolved by the service provider but again the owner responded quickly as did the service provider. Overall a great stay, a nice property, and excellent response by owner.

Quirky home with great location

Location is the best! Needs all kinds of things in the kitchen and just a real good deep clean. Needs more extra linens. Lots of space to spread out. Water in 1/2 bath upstairs barely came out and it's dark. The dock could use some updates but had a fun time with high platform. TV in the master is not included in the rental. It has no cable.Odd thing to say but I think they are new to VRBO.

Great Springbreak at the Lake.

Great location Central to everything we wanted to do. It was great to wake up and enjoy coffee on the deck while the kids slept n downstairs. Pet friendly.
