Welcome to The Waterford Château, a luxury estate located in the prestigious Estates of Porto Cima at the 14-mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. This beautifully crafted 6,000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests (plus a baby crib) and offers sweeping main-channel views overlooking the Lodge of Four Seasons.

Enjoy resort-style outdoor living with a private pool (May–September), 6-person saltwater spa (open year-round), and expansive decks perfect for sunsets and watching the July 4th fireworks. A new concrete dock arriving March 2026 will include a covered boat slip and swim area, ideal for boating and lake days.

Inside, the Château features a large chef’s kitchen with an ice maker, gas fireplace in the living room, whole-house Sonos sound system, and elegant gathering spaces. Entertainment is a highlight with a downstairs bar and lounge featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, and 85” TV, plus a garage game room with foosball, ping pong, darts, air hockey, oversized Connect 4, and giant Jenga—fun for all ages.

Built by the renowned Kansas City mason August J. “Gus” Feldker Sr., known as the Lake’s “castle builder,” this extraordinary home showcases exceptional stone craftsmanship throughout. The Waterford Château was also featured on the Destination Channel’s Staycation: Lake of the Ozarks episode (February 2026), making it a truly memorable and sought-after vacation destination.

So glad two families with children were able to enjoy the pool which was open the first week in May at the Waterford Chateau. The Waterford Chateau is a great space for all ages with our pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong table, air hockey, and a new 6-person saltwater spa open all seasons.

The Waterford Chateau is a 6,000 sq foot custom built rock home boasting of unique features, three gas fireplaces, an outdoor pool, elevated lounge space with views overlooking the lake, a game room in the garage, and an upper deck for el fresco dining. The new owners take pride in making sure their guests not only feel at home but have the best experience possible. The views are amazing and the entertainment amenities such as the downstairs bar area with pool table, shuffle board, and in ground pool are everyone’s favorites. Spectacular from start to finish!

This home is spectacular! The home itself is amazing , but the LAKE VIEWS! And deer freely roam the grounds! This was our group’s second year of staying in this incredible home for several of our birthdays celebration. This year it was decorated for Christmas and was just breathtaking! Everything inside the home is high end, and electric bidets in every bathroom! We love the kitchen and the 2 bar areas-so perfect for entertaining. Kim is great to work with from start to finish, and was easy to get a hold of when we had a small hiccup. Our group hopes we are able to secure this beautiful home every year for our celebration.

Beautiful home with amazing views

Kim is a wonderful host and very respectful. The house has everything you could possible need from games to music to all your entertainment needs. Every room is clean with elegant decorative details. The view of the lake is incredible. I would have to say i enjoyed the view the most sitting outside on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. This home deserves a 10 above 5 for a rating.

Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Waterford Chateau. This custom stone home has many fun amenities for family gatherings of all ages with two master suites, a crib, and a game room. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the view the most. Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Porto Cima, the home faces the West and sunsets are breathtaking over the heated pool. At the end of April, the Community Bridge will no longer be collecting a toll, so the location is prime. You are welcome back anytime.

Gorgeous house

Everything was outstanding. Too many VRBOs look good in pictures and then you get there and... you know. Everything is in perfect condition, and all the games in the house are great for down time between activities (or just if it's raining out & we feel lazy). Pool is just big enough to cool off. We ended up renting a tritoon for a couple days & were able to dock it at the house at night (they left a big inflatable dock bumper for us, which was perfect because we're novices at boating). BBQ works great, chef's kitchen everything works great, and I'm sure the whole-house sonos sound system would've worked great if I could figure out how to work it lol. July 4 fireworks were right across the lake so we had an unobstructed view & didn't have to go anywhere. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
