We had a ton of room for our 10 guests. The pool and hot tube was amazing. Kept us amused for hours every day. We saw some manatees in the canal. We caught a bunch of fish in the canal. Nice place and would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed the swimming pool. Temperature was perfect. The home was pretty clean but had lots of scuffs on the walls which gave a dirty appearance. Bath towels were provided however there wasn’t a wash cloth anywhere to be found. I asked about it and they told me what would get back to me and never did. The only other complaint would have to be the thermostat was hard to work. In the house guide there was a strict policy that the air conditioning was not to go lower than 74 during the day and 72 at night which made sleeping at night difficult. Other than that we did have an enjoyable time. The pool area made the trip for us. If those few issues were to be resolved, I would definitely look at renting this house again.

Great place!

We had a great time here. Bedrooms and layout was perfect for our group. Garage was an added bonus with the pool table. Kayaks and poles were provided and we definitely utilized both. The host was great and very responsive to me. Would stay again!

The house was nice and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped which really made our stay! The big table, lounge area and the ample number of bathrooms was also great! The swimming pool area, the karaoke, the big screen TV and the kayaks provided great entertainment for all - we really enjoyed it! The separate game room was a great facility so everyone had their own space! Fantastic! A couple of consecutive comments: There were a number of billiards balls missing including the eight ball and the cues were broken so we couldn’t use what looked to be a great billard table, the hot tub didn’t work during our entire stay and it looked like the electricity box was fried but at least the property manager managed to put the heating on in the pool so that worked out well. Finally, although the house was clean on the surface, there was a thick layer of dust especially in the bathroom fixtures so it just seems like although the obvious areas were well cleaned, some of the less trafficked areas were not. All and all it was a great house and we REALLY enjoyed our time there and we would rent it again. I just flagged some areas that are easy to fix and have to do with the maintenance rather than anything else. The management company was also responsive even during the Christmas holiday period and that was appreciated- they came out quickly to fix a few issues and we really appreciated their help

We had a wonderful time, the only issue which was not that big of a deal was not enough garbage cans outside. The bins were full when we arrived.

Excellent stay and very nice home.

We had a great time celebrating my July 4th birthday. The kids loved all the activities the home offered, pool, game room, kayaks, and fishing. The only one thing that was tough was the trash situation. All the bins were full when we arrived, and city never picked the trash up.

Too few towels,glasses and coffeecups. The jakuzzi didnt work. We called Roelens but they didnt respons. The Stressless chair in the living room ess broken as ess one of the barstools in the kitchen.

House is nice

The house was nice; however very dirty. Every wall in the house is dirty, with cob webs and dust all over the laundry room walls. The molding and corners of the house is caked with dirt and dust. There were no dishcloths or wash cloths. As a family we do a lot of cooking during our stay, there was no measuring cups or spoons, 1 steak knife, no cake pans, muffin tins etc. The grill was spitting out metal pieces when it was turned on. There is a stress relief chair in the living room which was broken on arrival, when looking back at previous posts, this was put on a review in January that the chair was broken. 2 months later it is still there, someone that sits in it could be injured. The pool table is extremely unstable and also a hazard. Being with family was the highlight of our vacation.
