Host is very dishonest. Claimed the kids wet the bed. It did not happen. Adults slept with children. She charged me 30 for cleaning the grill and 241 for damages to mattresses. IT IS ALL FABRICATED. Do not book this house!!!!!!

Spring Break

Property was great for the family. Everyone had their own space. Kids loved the pool. Outdoor areas were nice for dinner, house was just laid out great. Kids enjoyed fishing as well. Just a great place and neighborhood for enjoying Fort Myers and Sanibel.

Wonderful place for a family to get away from the cold

The pool was just the right temperature for spending much time with the grandchildren. Oh, and the house was great too!

Amazing home and location

This was the best home I’ve ever rented. The property was gorgeous and home exactly as described. It was awesome to be able to use the “normal” amenities of a home you often don’t get in rentals. Things like beach chairs, laundry detergent and use of the grill without extra fees. The rules in the home were incredibly easy to abide by and when somehow the pool pump didn’t work overnight I received a very kind message and Angela helped sort it out. Would love to return!

Great vacation home!

Loved this home. The location was perfect for our family. We visited Fort Myers beach & Sanibel beach multiple times. There is so much room in the house has 2 living rooms and a nice sitting area. The lanai has plenty of room for relaxing. We all, including our grandchildren loved the pool. Our children and grandchildren utilized the kayaks and fishing equipment. If you are looking for a home for a large family this is the house for you! Angela was great to work with. I highly recommend Seabreeze Oasis!

Didn't want to leave

The house had everything we were looking for. It was a spacious house with a nice layout, decent sized pool, and relaxing and scenic outdoor space overlooking a small lake. There were a few household items that should have been there but all was resolved quickly as communication with the host was excellent and she took care of everything we needed even while being on vacation herself. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and the property and experience helped make a vacation memory we will never forget.

First VRBO disappointment.

First impression very poor, exterior of home very dirty. Inside was clean as long as you didn’t look under any furniture. (We had a 2 yr old with us, we were always looking for lost items).Missing shower door handle, loose bathroom fixtures, pool area filthy, chips, popsicle sticks, bubble gum stuck to furniture. Handle on screen door to pool broken. Location is great, grocery stores close by. Easy access to al major roads. Angela was very responsive to our questions. Property does Not have a hot tub as listed on VRBO.

A gem in Cape Coral!

We love this home. It was perfect for our two families. The two seating areas, were wonderful. We loved how the home’s sliding doors all opened up to the backyard/pool/lake. Coffee on the dock was the best. A quick kayak to start the day, then lounging and relaxing at the pool all day. All amenities were present. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great cape coral experience

What can I say. House was clean and comfortable. The host provided plenty of toys to not need to leave the house if you chose to stay in. Kayaks...ping pong....pool volleyball ect.... We rented a boat one of our days and left us speechless with so much to do on the water. To much to write. Highly recommended.

We fell in love with the area when we first visited due to it's small community feel with access to all of the great attractions of Southwest Florida! We have lovingly updated and included amenities that we hope bring your family as much joy as it has brought ours! We love fishing off the dock, kayaking in the canals and frequenting local restaurants, beaches and traveling to nearby Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Matlacha!

This property features 2 master bedrooms. Perfect for multiple couples or families. In addition there are two additional bedrooms featuring 2 twin beds, a twin buck and a full on full bunk accommodating an additional 8 people! Comfortably sleeps 12 but can accommodate up to 15 when utilizing all beds. A queen pull out and twin pull out are great bonuses! One bathroom leads straight to the lanai for easy access when enjoying a day by the pool. Great fishing off the dock. Open concept kitchen with all the amenities open to dinette and great room. PLUS 2 additional living spaces! Included in rental are 5 kayaks, plus 1 tandem kayak, fishing rods, bait and lures, and 9 ft ping pong table! Laundry room includes washer and dryer for your stay! Fenced in Yard.

There is a spacious garage as well as a driveway for parking. Prior to check in guests will get a code to enter the property that they can use throughout their stay as well as a guest book which includes neighborhood amenities and resources that could be of use during their stay.

Seabreeze Oasis is a great location for your Florida location. 33 minutes from Ft Myers airport and 35 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport. 27 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. 34 minutes to Sanibel Island. 10 minutes to Matlacha. Minutes away from multiple golf courses, Sun Splash Waterpark, Gator Mike's and Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach! Easy access to Everglades tours too!
