If you enjoy kayaking and catching beautiful sunsets this is the property for you. This home is located on one of the island's superb canals and is the perfect place for fishing, kayaking and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Underneath the house is additional space to enjoy the Island life, including a huge hammock, two kayaks, and plenty of furniture so everyone can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms- a Master Bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bath, a 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with a full-size. Two pull out beds are able to be pulled out to any of the bedrooms.

The property is also very close to gulf beaches, just 0.9 miles away from the closest access point!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is not pet-friendly

Only a bay away

The house was amazing. We fished, crabbed and even kayaked. It was close to the beach which was nice. I would come back and stay again.

Fantastic Property

Amazing property, with exceptional staff. Always at the ready when questions arose. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful back deck areas. Cozy and felt like home almost immediately. Definitely will stay here again.

Heaven on earth to relax

Fabulous unit with ample seating, in & outdoors, comfy beds with mattress tops and good entertainment system in all bedrooms. The hiuse is a 6 min walk from the beach and also great views over the gulf of Mexico. It is located in a quiet residential area.

Kayaks

Very nice little spot. Had our own kayaks so chose this spot by the water to put them in but they also had 2 extra kayaks on the property to use. And the back deck and upper house decks were the perfect spots to hang out with family or just relax.

So many things to do!

Property provided everything we needed. Lots of family time together. Rained some when we were there so didn’t get to use the bed swing but it looked nice. The kids swam in the water and we were able to park our boat perfectly at the dock, which was a big selling point for us renting this house for the fishing rodeo.

Mini Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Had a few problems but they were resolved with a phone call to the rental agency. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would like to give a shout out to Kat, Dee, Russell and Isiah. They made out stay better with the service they provided. The location was what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience

We loved the location which was .4 mile easy walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood with very nice and helpful neighbors. My 10-year-old loved the boat dock for fishing and spent hours before and after beach days out on the dock. My teens loved the outdoor seating options--we had dinner on the back deck more than once. House was very roomy; beds were exceptionally comfy. I honestly can't say anything but good about this location and hope to return again sooner than later!

Caught a bunch of sea trout, although no keepers. Also caught mullet, pinfish, pigfish and croaker. Oh, and the house was great!

Family /Graduation trip

Location and property was amazing. Does need a few minor repairs. The dryer wasn’t working and the ladder or steps on the deck from the water need updating. That is only reason I gave it a 4 Instead of a 5. We really enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles that were available on the property and also had a wide variety of family board games. I would definitely rent this property again!!

Great little spot.

We loved the location and the amenities! The house was straight and neat but little details were skipped over; i.e. used wash cloths and soaps left in the showers, dishes that weren’t washed properly, etc. I don’t hold that against the host, however. I know sometimes you can get a dud from a cleaning service. That being said, nothing was DIRTY.. just incompletely prepped for incoming guests. I would stay again!

Disappointed by inaccurate listing that states two kayaks would be available, only one was on property. Upon contact with rental agency, so sorry, it is what it is. They said they would update the listing, but two weeks later, it remains unchanged.Additionally, the AC unit was not operating correctly. The rental was consistently between 76 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit despite unit being set to 71 degrees. We had to try to turn it to fan only and open the windows for a breezethrough at night to cool it off.Lastly, hallway bathroom seemed to have an issue with its flush.
