• Open floor plan including full kitchen, dining room, living room, and full & 1/2 bath. • Living room has a Smart TV. • There are 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. • Just steps to the beach & minutes from Atlantic City casinos, nightlife, and shopping! • Children of all ages are welcomed! Guest will need to provide own baby gear and home is not child proof.

Brigantine is a quiet island and a very family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!
There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City.

There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
BEACH TAGS Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable.

TRASH Trash day is Wednesday. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen.
Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. * No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected. * No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected * We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, * we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents *Please remove shoes *Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels). *Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. *If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older. *We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. *Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner`s schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night`s stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. * Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night`s stay. hours past checkout time. * We allow an additional 2 guests beyond the maximum number of guests. The charge would be $50 per person per day.

Perfect for a short stay at Jersey Shore
We had a wonderful stay in this cozy upstairs apartment—perfect for our family of four. The sound and view of the ocean from the apartment made the experience extra special. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was smooth, and they were quick to address any minor issues.

Nice quiet spot on the island
This was a perfect landing spot for our family of 5. The kids loved being so close to the beach! We enjoyed checking out lookout park and had a yummy breakfast at pirates den. It’s just a 5 minute drive to more restaurants and shopping. We stopped at Aunt Bs for ice cream on our way out
