Step out onto the covered balcony to tropical palm trees, pool views and ocean vibes. Head straight to the beach and outdoor amenities from the private balcony stairs - amazingly convenient throughout your stay!

Complex amenities at the Crescent include a large pool with a cabana, hot tub, a kiddie pool, beach boardwalks, beach showers, bike racks, outdoor grill and picnic areas. Community tennis and pickleball courts are next door within walking distance.

Crescent D1E offers private outdoor storage spacious enough to store all your gear, including surfboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Conveniently located near the balcony stairs and reserved covered parking, it makes transporting your belongings quick and easy. The building is equipped with luggage carts and elevators.

The condo features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and smart TV. All bedrooms have charging units with multiple outlets and USB ports.  

The primary bedroom offers beautiful tropical views with balcony access to comfy outdoor lounge chairs. The bathroom features double sinks, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower with a removable shower head spray.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with a Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster oven, bakeware, bar accessories, and updated stainless steel appliances.

You'll have access to the Litchfield by the Sea amenities - tennis and pickleball courts, fishing lake with pier head, marsh overlook with floating dock, miles of walking/jogging/bike paths, and a 24-hour gated entrance.

Check-In: Saturday Check-in during the Summer.

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
