Cozy Baileys Harbor Cottage on Lake Michigan!

We're glad the cottage met your needs overall! We're sorry the exterior condition, dated furnishings, and firmness of the back bedroom mattress affected your comfort. Pressure washing is scheduled for October 26, weather permitting, and new furniture and area rugs are expected to arrive in January 2027. The back bedroom mattress was intentionally selected as a firmer option, while the other two bedrooms have medium-firm mattresses. We appreciate your feedback as we continue making improvements for future guests.

We're glad the location, lake breeze, back porch, and extra towels and beds worked well for your stay. We've discussed the exterior maintenance and spider issue with our cleaners, who will address it, and we've raised the difficulty operating the bedroom awning windows with our maintenance company, who will also address it. The floor and sink concerns have likewise been discussed with our cleaning company for follow-up.
