House was very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very cozy but enough for our team of 11 (7 adults/4 kids). Definitely a reprieve from the PR heat. Would stay again!

Wonderful house, perfect location!

The house is modern, sleek and perfectly located in a great area of Puerto Rico! One of the 5 bedrooms is located outside of the main house, through another gate but once we found that, it was great!

My group of friends and I had a great time! The house was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and grocery/convenience stores. It was only a 15 to 20 min uber to Old San Juan, and it was easy to get picked up for our various excursions nearby. The only thing that would have made it even better for all of us would have been an extra set of keys or two that were labeled. We had to be strategic with two sets of keys between all of us, especially given that you have to go through a separate entrance to reach the upstairs suite. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Great house in a great location

The house was everything me and my 8 friends had hoped for. The beach was so close and the location made it super easy to walk around, as well as drive to just about anywhere in San Juan for fun/dinner. Plus our resident loud snorer was able to take the upstairs bedroom, giving us all a nice sleep downstairs. Would certainly recommend

This was an ideal location for food, beach, & fun although a little noisy. We were looking for just that & an adequate # of beds which we got:) The key situation was a little much, having to lock yourself in & out gets difficult- every door to open for outside needs a key. The extra room is located outside through a separate gate in the driveway which we didn’t expect. The exterior looks great in pictures but def needs some love, especially the entrance area. Once inside, we noticed the floors could’ve been cleaner, dirty feet all week & hairs from the last guests. The kitchen is small & missing necessities! No kitchen towels, glasseware, mixing bowls, baking sheet…..Couldn’t even find scissors:(

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no running water, which made the home essentially unlivable. To make matters worse, there was a leaking roof in 2 locations, a broken outside shower, and a window that would not close or lock, raising both comfort and safety concerns. These were not minor inconveniences but serious issues that significantly impacted our trip. We were unable to properly use the property as expected, and the overall experience was frustrating and stressful.I would strongly recommend that the owner address these problems before hosting future guests.

This is my honest review of the property, and we had a group of 7 adults for a 40th birthday trip. First, the location is perfect! The beach is quite literally at the end of the block. Walkability to nearby grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, etc is very easy. Twenty minutes or less to most. Uber pickup is convenient in the area as well, and does not take long to get one after requesting. We rented a minivan, mainly because El Yunque was part of our plan, and you cannot use rideshare service there. Now, about the house. What others have said about the house being dirty upon arrival, and the key situation being a hassle - YES. We experienced the same thing. The floor was sandy, there were drink rings on the table and coffee grounds - so their cleaning service is not the best in the main areas, but the laundry was fresh and bathrooms were clean. And to be honest, sand gets everywhere, and this is very much a beach rental - so sandy floors is expected. No real excuse for the dirty dining table though. The keys - they could definitely benefit from switching to an electronic keypad or moving all locks to a single key. Amenities - the WiFi does not cover the whole house, but is nice to have. Plenty of bath and beach towels. They provide coffee, but are short on mugs. Plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc provided by host. Host also great communicator. All this to say - I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting San Juan, despite small room for improvement.
