As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
Nestled on the elegant second floor, reaching this sanctuary is an ascent through a regal staircase. Within, a lavish king-sized bed awaits, inviting you to embrace a night of supreme comfort and opulence. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

Great Location..VERY CLEAN!!!
The property was in a great location. It was very clean!! The lack of toilet paper and kleenex was the only issue as there is not a convenience store close and we did not rent a car. Taylor Swift was in Tampa so ride shares were difficult to find. We were not aware of the FREE beach ride service until two days into our trip. Had we known that would have made a trip to the grocery store much easier. That my minor inconvenience is my only issue. This property is well worth it!!!

Amazing Location, could use a few little tweaks
Location is absolutely perfect. Easy, convenient parking and check in :) Very very cute property, I would easily rebook when we're back during the summer. The outdoor area looks like the perfect hangout spot when it's warmer weather.
That being said there are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. This specific unit is street facing so there is street noise starting pretty early in the morning, we probably would book a unit on the back side of the building next time. The window treatments do not have black out curtains and the shades don't cover flush to the window so it got pretty bright in the room starting at 8am. Lastly there is no peep hole on the main apartment door - one of the other guests was drunk and knocked on our door after seeing us walk back to our room. I had my husband answer the door but kind of strange that there are no peepholes - seems a little unsafe to not have that. I know it's an old building but the bathroom is teeny tiny and there's a big open living area with no sofa. I'd pay significantly more per night if it had a larger upgraded bathroom and a sofa (or at least comfy lounge seating) in the living room
Overall the location really can't be beat! Would absolutely stay again and hope they'll take the few tweaks into consideration to make it even better!

Very nice place! Perfect for our group to celebrate upcoming 70th birthdays. Outdoor lawn area equipped with ample seating where we enjoyed the gorgeous weather. We also challenged each other to games of connect 4 in the conversation pit which also had a flat screen TV.Location excellent and within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and beach.Rooms were clean and well appointed. Having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was a plus.A positive experience with one exception: Doing everything online, such as signing multiple documents online can be challenging. Booking and check-in process could use some improvement.

La Tortuga was cozy, very clean and so close to the beach! Easy to find, with great off street parking. (A real plus, since parking is limited and only free afer 8 pm.) We easily walked a block or two to shops, beach, restaurants and piers.The furnishings were sleek and comfy with great pillows, linens and beach towels! The historic charm of the building was retained with the hardwood floors and tall ceilings. Kitchen area was functional and had the cutest microwave I've ever seen. Extra fees seemed high, but we would love to return. Craig, the phone reservationist, was very helpful, responsive and kind.
