Introducing our captivating new addition, La Tortuga Boutique Vacation Rentals, nestled in the heart of historic Downtown Pass-a-Grille. This enchanting 1925 building, a parking lot, and a fenced in pool, has undergone a lavish transformation, emerging as the crowning jewel of 8th Ave â the smallest beach downtown in America!
As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Freshly painted walls exude a pristine charm, while our resplendent Miami Dade pine hardwood floors have been lovingly sanded, buffed, and polished to unveil their original splendor. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
A mosaic of nine opulent sanctuaries beckons, promising to cradle and cocoon a total of twenty fortunate guests. The first five, perched on the majestic second floor, offer an elevated experience, but demand the climb of stairs to reach their haven. Each of these lofty abodes boasts a grand King Bed, a throne for slumber and relaxation fit for kings and queens.
Meanwhile, the other half of this resplendent collection, Units 6 through 9, are nestled on the ground level, offering effortless access to those who prefer their luxury at ground level. Here, the theme of lavish comfort continues, with Unit 6, 7, and 9 boasting a grand King Bed, and Unit 8 embracing their guests with the gentle elegance of queen-sized bed. In this symphony of luxury, all desires are met, ensuring a stay that transcends the ordinary and transcends the realm of opulence.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.
