Family friendly beach house- seconds to the beach!

Rain, hail or shine you will enjoy a visit to our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Callala Beach house in the picturesque Jervis Bay. A 5th bedroom/studio with a toilet is also available for larger groups on request for additional fee.

If the sun is shining we are just a couple of hundred metres to the beach, through a lovely short bush track. If its raining we have an impressive collection of games and puzzles, undercover outdoor area to entertain the kids or snuggle up by the fire.

Our place is particularly suited to families with a huge array of toys as well as a high chair, travel cot and and books. Please let us know if there is something in particular you might need for you stay, it’s likely that we have it to hand.

We are also almost always very flexible with check-in and check-out times. It’s only during peak periods that we have a tight turn around and we will always do what we can to let you check in early and check out late-just ask!

A home away from home with everything you need in a great location - a very short walk to the beach.Alice is a generous host, providing access to most things you need for a fun beach holiday. Very much appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Our dogs loved the large fully-fenced yard and we were such a short walk from the beach. The house was surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees attracting birdlife and making it a very relaxing place to stay. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were lovely, fresh and breezy. Some pantry items were provided which makes life easier. Alice was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again but longer next time.

Perfect choice for friends travelling with families. Interior of the house has a calmness to it. Bedrooms are well configured, plenty of relaxing space inside the home on both levels. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Quality linen and bathroom amenities provided. You can walk to the gorgeous callala Beach within 3 mins. The house has bikes for adults and kids, buggy and surfing boards. Kitchen is modern, plenty of cooking stuff. We loved every bit of our stay and certainly going back.

A Home Away from Home

My family and I enjoyed our Easter long weekend at this property. Alice was very communicative and accommodating. The home was very comfortable, neat and clean with a generous well stocked pantry, and plenty of kitchen equipment.We were amazed by the great collection of books, toys, bikes, and board games. My 3 year old grandson was particularly intrigued by the Thomas the Tank engine books and the train set! The beach was just metres away which was easy to get to and the property is located on a quiet street which was great.Thankyou Alice! We’ll be back.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for us, 3 adults each having their own rooms. Beautifully decorated, all amenities we could wish for. Lovely having an open fire in winter. Close to the beach and not far from any place we wanted to get to. Quiet location, just what we were looking for. The host, Alice, was very responsive and provided lots of good indo on local dining, places to visit, etc.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a great time - plenty of kids books and games, as well as the trampoline, kept them busy. The beach was a short walk and the outdoor shower a big bonus.

Beautiful home, awesome location

We had a wonderful stay - the house had absolutely everything we needed, the beach was super close, the beds were comfy and the covered back porch was used rain and shine. There were heaps of toys, games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. Alice was a lovely and generous host - thanks so much Alice! We highly recommend this property.

Well set up for a family

We had a great weekend! Thanks to Alice for her communication. The house is well appointed including plenty for stuff kids like cups/bowls etc. The house has stairs but the gates worked well to keep the littlest one safe. House has been nicely renovated and has good space overall for a large group. Thanks for having us!

An absolute gem!

We absolutely loved this home! It not only has all you need for a comfortable stay but it is also safe and child friendly. It was perfect for us, it gave our friends staying downstairs some privacy with a bedroom and bathroom for their own use while we stayed upstairs and had another bathroom and shower/bathtub just for us. The kitchen is super well equipped, and the oversized covered balcony with bbq are perfect to enjoy at any time but specially great to relax after a day at the beach. The house is fully fenced and safe for kids. The patio/backyard is huge and has a trampoline. Lots of toys and games are also available. I can not fault this house. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had no issues whatsoever. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Lovely beach stay

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. Location is great, just minutes to the beach and house was lovely. Upstairs is renovated and we had a comfortable stay. I'd come again!

A great family long weekend!

Alice is a generous and lovely host who provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs; spotless and roomy with good quality kitchenware and furnishings. The weather was very average but the kids were entertained with endless board games and toys and the verandahs and downstairs areas meant there was plenty of space for everyone even in the pouring rain! The location is also great - so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Alice 😁

A beautiful place to rest and recharge!

The house is spacious with good design. It has a lovely, light, open feel with lots of airflow available in the top story with a front balcony and big back veranda. The bedrooms are neat and roomy, with comfortable mattresses that don't sag! We were a family of five plus two grandparents, and we all enjoyed the place. The host was lovely, very friendly, proactive and helpful with excellent, prompt communication. We'd definitely like to stay here again!
